Lucky Jar late payments - slow pay (RESOLVED)

Lucky Jar has made some (late) payments via various methods this month, but our PayPal payment is still awaited. To add to concerns, they are not responding to any of our e-mails chasing payment.

Has anyone else heard from Lucky Jar lately? I'm far from impressed with their lack of response.

I got paid for December - Paypal on 18th this month.
On the other side I have sent 5 emails last 2 months asking to get in touch with somebody.... total fail 0 answers. I was thinking next step is to ask my manager from United commissions to try and help me out since they all belong to same mother company... not sure if that would help

Thanks for the update and information. As Lucky Jar appear to be 'picking and choosing' who to pay, and who to reply to, I'll be pulling their coverage until they can operate more reliably.

Still no payment from Lucky Jar and all my e-mails have gone ignored. Looks like Lucky Jar are going somewhere downhill....

I have received contact from a rep at Lucky Jar, promising payment 'next week'. I will update on this in due course.

Just an update. I'm actually still waiting to be fully paid on this, receiving part payment due to 'technical' problems. I'll update when it's cleared.

This is still not resolved. I'll be posting a more detailed update, depending on what happens over the next 24 hours.

Final update on this, unless Lucky Jar would like me to post a complete record of their lies and broken promises. Bottom line, we have still not been paid for December 2017's revenue. Our affiliate manager made numerous promises to clear this balance - which never was paid.

Worse, our affiliate manager strongly implied that if we posted complaints in forums, it'd affect our payment.

I won't be working with Lucky Jar again, or the affiliate manager we've been dealing with - no matter where he ends up in the future. Lucky Jar can keep our money, and we'll keep our integrity. I don't take kindly to late payments, and 'threats' regarding forum posts don't wash with me.

Bye, Lucky Jar - I want nothing more to do with you.

I am pleased to report payment received since my last post, which clears all due balance including something extra to compensate for the 'bug regarding e-wallets'.

It hasn't been the best experience but I consider it resolved.

Also for past 3 days I can not login and says account inactive....

They paid on 18 May to UK bank.

Seems I never got an email for documents needed.....they finally got back to me to solve this...still amazing they did not pay too.... anyway, thanks for the answers guys
