Angry Lucky Red Casino management have issues to explain

After over 14 months as frequent deposting player at Lucky Red Casino with thousands of dollars lost there with never withdrawing a single penny from the casino they decide to lock me out of my account with no warning and claim they were afraid to allow me to play any more because i might be tempted to chargeback because i complained that with all the money i lost there i was not going to play there anymore because they didn't treat me very well and i would win my money back one way or another that it was their turn to throw me some type of bonus, free chip ,comp point increase ,anything where i shown some respect as a LOYAL PLAYER .Their now avoiding me and locked me out ,is this the way all the internet gaming sites treat players whom they beleive considerable losses of money by player to one gaming site is a risk ,that management of casinos are allowed to "ASSUME"A PLAYER IS A RISK AND TAKE AWAY HIS/HER RIGHTS TO TRY AND WIN BACK SOME OF THE MONEY THEY HAVE LOST TO SAID CASINO,WHEN ITS ALL IN INTERPRETATATION OF AN E-MAIL, I have even apologized if i upset someone there without intentions of that ,just venting ,can anyone tell me if i have a legitimate gripe with them ,that seems pretty underhanded and dishonest to me ,or is this the norm for dealing with websites across the pond from the USA ,sort of like they feel untouchable ,or are all disputes on the rise because of increase in interest ,please can someone help me out here ,maybe refer a mediator or idea that could help ? I would really appreciate it .
    Regards Dave

Hi Dave, this is probably not the best way to contact the casino to sort out your issues. Try contacting the casino direct on any of the methods listed here... http://www.luckyredcasino.com/ContactUs.aspx.

Or email manager@luckyredcasino.com and don't forget to include your username.

    Hello Martyn,
Thank you for your reply in a timely manner i do appreciate that ,i have personally apologized by e-mail ,phone and anyother media i could think of and i was still unable to get a direct response from a manager at Lucky Red ,I honestly had no yearning to reverse any deposits or chargebacks as they call it ,i wasn't even considering that as a option ,I just wanted to be responded to by someone there of authority and its disappointing they pulled what i consider to be a underhanded trick by answering me ....but not until days and i'm talking i'm still waiting for a response to my e-mail ,I am very persistent and will start my media blitz with the help of my geek squad comrades until i am allowed to play w/account unlocked ,Its my mission now ,they shouldn't be able to do this to people ,assuming .....well ya know how the old saying goes, assuming makes an A- - out of me and you. assuming someone is going to do something is borderline RACIAL PROFILING ,especially when i have otherwise been a loyal ,contributor to their payroll of late .on the same token i would LOVE to comeback here tommorrow and say they have unlocked my account ,do you have any pull ? i COULD USE IT .Thanks again Sir for your time . thebingoblues

Without copy and pasting parts of your communication with Lucky Red support here, from what I have seen you have basically said that you will get your funds back one way or another and the intent was certainly there and was deemed as a threat.

I'm not sure threats to start your media blitz will help your case sir. I've seen parts of an email you sent where you mention this and 300,000 of your forum members and affiliate to boycott our sites.

On a case such as this I have no pull what so ever.

Why do you want to get back in? The casino has basically knocked itself off the list of casinos where you can lose. They've done you a favour. One less casino can only be good.

Do the exact same with ALL casinos is my advice to you.

Yep, you're no longer playing at a casino where you were consistently losing. Move on, find somewhere luckier for you. Try to keep your cool when you're writing, even if you're not feeling too cool inside.

You are missing a very valid point here. A casino whether it be land based or online, can at the discretion of their management refuse to let you in, or in the case of an online casino, close your account. Which is what happened here.

FYI if you even intimate to an online casino that you will charge back any of your deposits, it is a sure fire way to find yourself out on the curb.

Instead of berating the casino, perhaps you should do some research on responsible gambling. I mean this in all seriousness and not as a dig.
