Default Lucky Win Partners Regrettably has to Close its Doors

With just a 1 day notice...

    Dear ,
My name is Anthea Michael and I am the Director of AKA Gaming Ltd, the company behind the Lucky Win Partners Affiliate Program.
After an action-packed 6 months, it is with great regret and upset that we are forced to close down our Affiliate Program. We worked so incredibly hard to build a transparent and generous program and welcomed affiliates with whom we not only forged a business partnership, but also a friendship. Relationships have always been at the heart of everything we do.
With the recent changes in gaming regulation, VAT and now GDPR, we feel we do not have the ability to keep this program afloat - it does not make business sense for both parties.
We are in the process of closing off the program and tying up some loose ends - please consider this an official notice for closure. The program will close with effect by tomorrow 23rd May 2018.
Regarding payments, we will try to find a way to settle balances but I cannot promise an exact date that this will happen.
Thank you for all the hard work, dedication, trust and support you have shown us. We are truly grateful and please accept my sincere apologies for bringing the program to an end so abruptly.
    Thank you and Kind Regards,
    Anthea Michael

Even not working with them the tone of their message drives me up the wall.

What does it have to do with VAT?

    What a clowns.

To me it's a confirmation that it's not a good idea to put too many eggs in the basket of crappy white labels like Progress PLay and Nektan.

There are so many programs closing down lately. Shame it’s happening all too frequently. Hopefully, we’ll see them replaced by bigger and better programs instead.

Some free advice to newbies... Over the years, white labels have screwed affiliates, literally out of millions of rightful commissions, by either turning rogue, or closing down like Lucky Win Partners. Either way, WL's are IMO are predominantly the festering boil, on the backside of the gaming industry. You'd be best to avoid working with white labels from the get-go. Cause more than likely, it will end in tears
