Take care of the "Big Winner" policy!

Thank you for pointing out this policy, Eenzoo.

As we do not apply a negative roll-over to the commissions, instead the management applies the mentioned Big Winner Policy in the extreme cases. Although it's very rarely implemented, the 9th article of our T&C, namely Bigger Winner Policy, is as follows:

9. Big Winner Policy:

The Big Winner Policy will come into effect when:

A player generates a negative Net Revenue balance of €5000 or more, on any product or game. In such a case the player will be considered to be a Big Winner. The aggregate negative Net Revenue for the Affiliate is a greater than €2000 at the end of an open period.

If both above criteria set are met, the negative Net Revenue generated by the Big Winner will be isolated until the player becomes profitable. All players subject to the Big Winner Policy will be visible to Affiliates in the Customer Reports, within the Affiliate Platform. Such players will be set under a special reward plan, further official notification will be not sent automatically. Any Big Winner Policy balance carried forward will not be set-off against other customers referred by the affiliate. In the period when a Big Winner customer surpasses his negative net revenue, the Affiliate will begin earning commission for that customer again automatically. If there is more than one Big Winner, each Big Winner will carry forward his own negative balance.

For a transparent process, we are always open to give detailed information and make clarifications about our Terms and Conditions. That's why we always urge our new affiliates to thoroughly read our Terms & Conditions and ask to our affiliate managers if they have any queries about them.

Lets say its end of June and my account is +5000 from several deposits of several players.
Now a guy wins 5000 and i lose all my commission from all other depositors - so far so bad but normal gambling aff-business.

BUT normaly i have a good chance to participate immediately on the losses of this guy and they lose a good amount of his winnings quite often.
With LVbet i lose all my commission, THAN the winner get tagged with the "big winner policy" and i have to wait until whenever - thats the point!
