Mad About Affiliates - Mad About Slots??

Hi, does anyone have any information or an active contact at Mad About Affiliates? Affiliate program seems to no longer exist and through the casino site to reach an affiliate contact is unresponsive.

Any feedback and help will be greatly appreciated.

I've given the old owner a link to this thread and he said he will get the ops manager to come by shortly to leave a comment.
