Maxbet not paying commissions (RESOLVED)

We've been working with Maxbet through our brand Casinolovac.ba in Bosnia for a while now. The traffic has been real. The results have been real. The invoices? Also very real.

Three months of outstanding payments. Three months of the same responses from head of affiliates Jovan:

"It's out of my hands once the invoice is sent."
"I'll check what the hold-up is."
"I thought it was already paid."
"I'll check."

We've checked. It hasn't been paid. Very unprofessional and strange since they are part of Flutter Entertainment.

If the head of affiliates is not the person responsible for processing payouts, he should have directed you to the person who is responsible for payouts processing.

Looks like you are bit late to execute this strategy, but worth to try.

If you are still sending traffic to their brand(s), just cut sending traffic to them by three quarter and allocate that traffic to your next best partner(s). Then send a message to the head of affiliates stating that the 75% of the traffic has been allocated to other partners as you haven't been paid yet. But traffic will be reallocated to their brand(s) once you receive the payment. Wait for a month and see what happens.

Usually you should get the payout within a month or even within a week once they trigger the real traffic drop from your sources in their KPIs. But this method works only if your traffic quality is good which means your players must not be typical bonus hunters who just deposit one time to get the bonus and cash out all the winnings and disappear. If your traffic quality is good, with players who are retaining and redepositing, they will be persuaded to keep the partnership with you by processing the payout as soon as possible.

But they are definitely unprofessional as they kept delaying the payout for more than three months without a valid reason.
