Default Mega Moolah jackpot back over $10 million

Top 5 things Buzzy would buy if we won the Mega Moolah jackpot:

    1. A full-page ad in the next GPWA Times Magazine

    2. A gold chain necklace with 24 ct diamond studs

    3. A safe, reliable Subaru Forester

    4. Every Michael Bolton album ever released

    5. Freedom (like the Genie in Aladdin)

If I won a few million dollars, I'd throw my computer through a window and never work again

Interested to know how many million you think that it would take, is $1m enough for you? $5m ? Would even $10m would be enough?
My experience says NO. When you make money you find more ways to spend it.

In Sydney a $1m gets you a garden shed.

If I won $10m mega moolah, I would be putting it in places that would keep me earning enough money to live without having to work.
So noone would ever see me again.

If you're a recluse, why would you need money?

I'd buy some big affiliate, together with the employed team and spend a year traveling and living in exotic and unusual places, while I receive commissions doing nothing :P
After that I'd award all those hard-working people from that team and get back to my laptop to continue working
Maybe I'd buy a house with a pool in Malta as well or somewhere else by the sea, where I wouldn't have problems not being EU citizen.

Which actually gave me idea that first of all, I'd buy a citizenship of some EU county haha!

Money is a faceless neutral instrument - it has no feelings! It's people's feeling towards money that are evil

How about blowing it on a 100% unlimited deposit match bonus! With a 30x wagering requirement all you gotta do is make $300 million in wagers and if you come out ahead you get to keep what you won!! Sounds like a good deal to me!

And if you don't come out ahead.... you're gonna make one affiliate very, very happy

I would buy a big site that is organized well. To have revenues every month and / or set-up a website myself exacltly how I want it!

I agree with the Gooner. I would try to not just do nothing and wait until I have spend all. Having money makes it easier to spend, especially won money. Winning such an amount is an unique chance to do the rest of your life the things you want, not live a few years like king and than be bankrupt after spending all the money.

The actual statement is "For the love of money is the root of all evil:"

So like others have said it is not money itself that causes problems, it is how those who have or go after it handle themselves with it or the the ways they try to get it.

I do not think I would ever want to win that large of a sum.

I've read about many big lottery winners who ended up going broke because they had no money management skills. That is sad. If I ever won major money, I'd invest it, for example, purchase a house or two, and rent them out, and only spend the rental money that I would receive. That way, I'm not spending any of the money that I won, and the house prices will increase in value over time, so that I'd be going forward financially, instead of backwards

Sounds great until you read the terms and conditions to find a $5 max bet rule!

Ofcourse most people who win the lottery flutter it away quickly because the type of people who win money on the lottery aren't good with money in the 1st place (otherwise they wouldn't be buying lottery tickets!)
