red handed with the Paradise Papers, this industry will face a deep
impact, also due to the court ruling in Germany a few weeks ago. The
Paradise Papers suggest, over a shadow construct on the Isle of Man
Gauselmann offered licenses, that are illegal under German law.

Gauselmann's career is overshadowed by criminal investigations, but "Slick Pauli"
could get away with it all the times, because he has strong political
friends and lobby partners. And there is a reason for it. At the times,
when the old German Federal Parliament were located in Bonn, Gauselmann
was able to place a Gambling Hall there. Imagine, representatives in the
U.S. Congress are able to play in a conference room at 20 slot
machines?

Hello?!

However, after the Paradise Papers accusation, the Gauselmann Group as
usual denies everything, but pulls now the emergency brake [to get away
with everything once again]:

Gauselmann now put an ultimatum on all online casinos with
Merkur games, that they shall remove the games until Monday, if they are
active [also] in the German market [without real German license].
Otherwise the license contracts will the terminated, Gauselmann says,
and probably legal force will be used to terminate the games.

Stake 7 e.g. already removed the slogan "Made in Germany", but the games are still there, because if they remove the 135 Merkur games, then they are finished ... like others.

This can be a Gamechanger, many brands use Merkur Games....
