    Default Mermaid Palace Casino

    Hi, I would like to know if Mermaid Palace is still operational or closed. I have been playing there since Nov 2015. On March 8, 2016, I requested a withdrawal for 400.00. As of today, it is still pending. All documentation was sent on November 15, 2015 and again on March 9, 2016. I was a VIP player and deposited daily. No bonus was used. Today, I have no communications with the casino, live chat is not working and all phone calls are unanswered. Please advise. Thanks

    The website is linked to Jackpot City, so i don't think so. Anyway, active or not, they won't pay. Perhaps you can ask at Jackpot City or their owners, but I am afraid also that makes no sense.
