Where I can find the list on the official site about the countries that companies under their licenses can't bring players from?

I'm not sure if it's true, but i found the following:

Countries listed under the Malta Gaming License include any country that has not banned online gambling or require a local license. Operators that hold a Malta Gaming License are also not allowed to operate in jurisdictions that have been blacklisted by the Financial Action Task Force on money laundering (FATF).

Only a casino, I reckon, can tell you which countries they accept, but in my experience, they often don't know it themselves. They simply give you a list of countries that they DO NOT accept which anyone can find in their site terms.

It's also worth noting that there are 4 types of Malta gambling licences, and i guess they all have different rules.

P.S. To find out which countries a specific Malta licenced casino accepts, simply open their registration form and scrape the country list. Make sure they have only Malta licence, otherwise you'll get a mix of accepted countries.
