Exclamation "Micro Gaming" Casinos or "Mega Shaving" Casinos?

OK, working with microgaming is became very unprofitable IMHO, here is why:

    1). They offer a very little %
2). The players value is low
3). They deducting a lot of money, for example, you think you are on 25%, actually you earning about 15%
4). They locking the players accounts with no explanation (in 80% of cases), stating that the player has asked to block his account.

    Example stats:

    Profit: $2000
    Deductions: $670
    Net Profit: $1290

    25% of $1290 = $322.5

    $322.5 of $2000 = 16.125% (real RevShare %).

And, comparing to playtech for example (in my case) I'm earning almost nothing from MGs, the profit is very funny but I'm bringing almost an equal amount of players each month.

    What you think guys?

I also want to say that I'm not trying to accuse any particular affiliate program or casino group, all of the above is just an approximate figures and the verdicts are based on my own (long) monitoring of many MG programs.

I just feel that I can't be quiet anymore. It looks like almost all affiliate programs are using some kind of same business model "template", perhaps provided by MG, which is against affiliate interests by many means. Just look how they are doing the cross marketing, how they are using your players database and so on.

Most of us are blaming playtech groups, but in fact playtech is doing more for affiliates than any other software providers (I'm not talking about any particular affiliate program). But globally, playtech affiliate programs are more friendly for affiliates. Paradox!

PS: I never thought I will write it, because I'm a big fan of microgaming casinos. But something definitely is going in the wrong direction.

I try not to paint all programs on same software with the same color .In regards to My experience with Microgaming and being an affiliate since 2003 ,some I cannot make enough to buy a good steak dinner in a year while others have literally paid for my house.Back in my early days Playtech were my top earners then we hit a serious dry spill ,for past few months we are happy with our Playtech partners but still have a ways to go with them.

    Hi Alex,

Could not help it but respond. May I introduce the new Playtech brand: Grand Duke Casino to you?
After 10 years as an affiliate, I now manage the affiliate program for this brand (Integra Partners) and I will have you know that I wrote the T&C's myself with an affiliate aproach in mind and lots of integrity. I highlight the good and the bad of my conditions. Look it over and share your thoughts with me.
Either way, good luck to you friend.
    Regards,

    Yuval Harari

I think there are so many factors to consider. Type of traffic, location, how you promote the casinos.

Personally we do extremely well with MGS casinos but not all of them. There is a big difference between the oprtators. You can't lump them all together.

By the same token some Playtechs work for us and some are terrible but they are large programs and work for other people.

Well, I also do OK with some Microgamings, but I can't say that I do well with them. And that's a big mystery for me, I don't know why it's happening, I know players do like MGs, and I prefer MGs as a player. But what I see is what I see, too much blocked accounts and little earnings.

    More opinions please.

Well, first of all, the bad: I do have negative carry over and I dont have crazy commissions for the first one or three month like many other give out.
Good news is by far more important: I never freeze or close an account no matter how much business you have or havent given me. I also have what we call Royal Partners - that means I can and will pay you the same day you wish to if you provide just 50 players. I treat all affiliates with 100% integrity and transperancy - I will also show or tell you whetever you need to know regarding your stats. I have a low minimum $150 for affiliate pay out. From our players side, we offer a true 100% up to $1200, thats one of the biggest offers.
Hop on board to see. We really mean business. It's more than ovious to me that if you are happy - you will speak to your friends about it. My plans are much longer than the short run, so I know it's worthwhile. Just planting the seeds now..
    All the best to you.

Yuval: Can you please ask mods to move this thread and posts to the new discussion? Actually I've opened this thread to discuss microgaming (or maybe playtech or some other software) in overall, I don't want to talk about any particular affiliate program here.

I will gladly review and post my opinion about your T&C.
