HI I have been trying to find out about these betting terminals that you always get track side at all the horse racing grounds

-Are a lot of them just individual bookmakers
-what sort of licenses are required and how much do they cost
-do you need your own stand and electronic LED screen

so basically I would like to know the entire process needed to set one of these up along with costs and any rules
