More FTD's or Else!
Got to love these e-mails. If you don't do something we will reduce your rev share to 10%. Whether the rev share is 50% or 10% if NGR is zero then the commission is zero. Hardly an incentive.
Hi,
As per section 14.1 of the Betfred Affiliate Programme Terms and Conditions, we are contacting you today in relation to our records showing that you have not delivered a First Time Depositor (FTD hereafter) in the last three months.
Betfred's programme terms state that you must deliver at least one new customer within a period of three months.
As per these terms, we require a positive change and response from you within the next seven days. For example, a commitment to actively push Betfred.
Failure to do so will result in your account being moved to a 10% revenue share.
Should you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact your affiliate manager, or email us

Well, at least they informed you a week in advance, and 1 FTD in 3 months is not something that is impossible to achieve.
Not that I'm saying that I think such clauses are a great thing, and probably that's a clause that was introduced reactively, but I have seen so many worse things that this looks quite understandable :o

We went from 102 programs to about 65 because of quotas and rarely take any new programs now to maintain the quotas on existing platforms.
-
we have 20FTD on average for each program but still have the odd one that barely get 1 in 3 months , mainly betway lol
-
it nearly always comes from the most saturated brands with nil conversions,

It is understandable that they reduce the commission for all future player if an affiliate is not able to bring 1FTD within 3 months but of course not to reduce it for all existing players. Affiliate programs should respect the deals from the past(but almost nobody do it).
