I am seeing few allowed and more banned countries from various sports betting merchants.

What is the most popular options for sports betting sites which are more globally acceptable?
So we can send most traffic to the site which are blocked from the specific merchant you are promoting.

in actual fact bet365 is one of the worst sportsbooks on the net, they banned me , they do not like winners at all , in Australia punting was regarded as a bit of a contest between the bookie and the punter , as most of the good australiab books have now been swallowed up by english bookies this does not seem to be the case any more .
there was a rumor here in australia that complaints were made to the NSW racing authority by punters about 365.s quaint little habits of banning you if you have a few wins , we only want a few more english books out here , like 10bet , bluesquare , betway etc and we would have the lot of the useless buggers out here, donar

Pretty much any American facing book, the only problem is there is usually only one language "English"

Ofcourse they ban winners. Every sportsbook does, why would they take players that cost them money?

Bet365 is like pornhub for gambling, it's globally renowned and accepted, but if you are a very experienced user, it won't be enough. And yes, you have to be very cautious to not get banned, they don't like those who win too much.
