This sounds awfully familiar to another thread on another forum, however the difference is that the negative caused from a winning player on your account will not affect you the following month. I see what you're trying to say on that other site but to me it's just a slightly lesser form of negative carry over and the only way it will benefit me compared to no negative carry over is if the winning players never ever lose again. Otherwise i wont reap the benefits of the players until they break even, i wont get to see any share of the money they lost back, only the money they lose on top.

Betting partners - you need to check per brand since it's not for all.
Extreme - they have two commission type options. you can choose higher rev with NCO or lower without. In either case, you can contact them and discuss your terms.
