Default Which movies do you want to see this year?

Seems like some really entertaining movies are coming out this year, so I thought it would be a fun thread to see which movies you're all looking forward to seeing?

For me, I want to see:

    The Hobbit
    Taken 2
    Resident Evil: Retribution
    Sinister (cool looking horror flick)

And for those that like action movies there are lots of new superhero movies coming out in the next 2 years

2013: Thor 2, Iron Man 3, Fantastic Four 3, The Wolverine, Man of Steel
2014: X-Men Origins: Deadpool, The Flash, Green Lantern 2, Captain America 2, The Amazing Spiderman 2, X-Men 1st Class 2

So many Super Hero Movies, its crazy! I guess thats what makes money for the producers.

Everybody loved the Avengers, I don't know why I wasn't as impressed as everybody else. Im more of a Batman type of guy, I like Nolan's style. Such a tragedy what happened the other day at the Batman premiere, its too bad that stuff like that has to happen and make people insecure about going to the movies or other places.

The hobbit looks pretty cool as well. Thats in December right?

Yeah it makes you think twice when stuff like that happens. People going out to do something normal and fun and something like that happens to them, so sad.. There's some crazy people out there.

Yep The Hobbit comes out in December, and I read it's been shot in 48 frames per second rather than the usual 24 so it has a very realistic look. Looks like a good movie though

    Here's the trailer:

Just watched the trailer for Dredd, looks like a good popcorn flick - hopefully it turns out better than the Stallone one!

I think most of those movies are "popcorn" entertainment.
Certainly anything with a number at the end like Resident Evil or any of those "super hero" movies.

I can't wait to see the Hobbit, that will be a real treat. Bit of a LOTR fan me (meaning the of books, not the now-withdrawn Microgaming slot)

Saw Batman Rise Of The Dark over the weekend. Will see Expendable II and laugh at how rusted Arnold is.

There seem to be quite a few decent films coming out this summer, although for most films we prefer to wait till they're out on blu ray and watch them on the home cinema - much comfier seats and no fools talking or chomping around you. Plus you can do it in your pants

The only exception to this are the big action films - we'll probably go see batman at the cinema etc..
onlinegamblingwebsites.com - Formally known as goodbonusguide.

Gambling Domains: Small clear out of some of the domains we've been hoarding on Dan - see the list here. Prices negotiable, and willing to swap for decent links.

Yeah same here, usually the only movies I go to the cinema to watch now are the big budget special fx movies that look excellent on the big screen. Can be annoying going to the movies, people talking on their phones, someone started smoking in the seat behind us before too.

We got a huge blu ray collection at home, here's a pic I just took

I've got another cabinet about half that size with more dvds too.. I sometimes joke with my wife that if there's ever a zombie apocalypse or we get trapped in our apartment we will have plenty of entertainment at least lol

The Avengers is the movie of the year so far.
Absolutely can not wait for Taken 2.
Looking forward to The Bourne Legacy immensely.

Overall Magic Mike was terrible...but Channing Tatum made it sooo worth it
