    Hi there,

    Hope you are well.

    The Payment Gateway issue is specific to Mr Affiliate (MRG) as it is an add-on for NetRefer, we now have to do Envoy payments directly with the PSP. Should be done soon so good news! Some small test payments went out yesterday. If you prefer ewallets, Skrill is intermittently working, but would fully recommend Neteller as we run them out first to expedite your payment, and is more reliable as it stands.

    William Hill as you know is on Income Access so is unaffected by this gateway removal, however, you are very correct in saying that William Hill Group (including MRG) as a whole has AML checks in line with our committment to IGRG- more information here https://bettingandgamingcouncil.com/members/igrg. This has been in place since October, so any affiliate, that has sent even just one UK NDC and been rewarded needs to be KYP (know your partner).

    Please contact your Mr Green UK Affiliate manager or email mrgaffiliateverification@willhill.com with your account ID/username and the required information to ensure that this matter is resolved swiftly.

    I would not say it's a reason to avoid sending traffic to either brands, we are always on the look out for new and old business, and are working hard on clearing any pending issues on both of the points above.

    Liam, thank you for your very kind and clear message. You make me wish I was a Mr Green affiliate... but I'm not, sorry for the confusion created but I am a WH affiliate on Income Access and my rant was on a UK aff account pending AML for ages with blocked payments since October 2020. I opened a different thread for this (https://www.gpwa.org/forum/william-h...ts-256003.html), to keep this one clean and related just to Mr Green payment gateway issue, as it should be. Thanks!
