The stats you published do not look that good but could be within normal range.
There are many things to consider here such as:

• Source of traffic
• Landing pages
• Creatives
• Bonus offers
• Purchasing methods
• Market
• Brands
• etc

There are many things that can be done to improve the conversion.
I will make sure you are contacted tomorrow to look at this in detail and work at ways to increase the conversion from your site.
