Why you are using /list/ folder? You should get rid of it.
Also design is weak point of your site, you should work more, starting with rating table.

Hello Gil! Thank you four your input. Regarding the list it is in the current theme to easy add new casinos.
Rating table... I think I have it rated on the first page and under ONLINE CASINOS or am I missing something here?

I had a great idea for you. Change your model. Don't mention that you are giving player's losses to charity. That's letting them know you are making money off of them. Better to have a site that ranks casinos that actually give to charity themselves. You can also reach to them to convince them to donate or promosie to donate for a specific cause. (Not in your hands, but directly to a charity of their choice).

I am sure some brands would cooperate. Give that a try. That was you are not "removing the curtain" to the players themselves. ALso, you get to focu on the good the brands are actually doing.
