My letter to referback

Hello,

I am getting very upset with all of the SPAM I am receiving from Shawn. I have even gone so far as to send him a couple very nasty emails. But they have done no good. He still SPAMS me. He does not honor removal requests. Although I should not have to ask for removal anyway, since I never opted in in the first place. He has been reported to you several times by me and several different GPWA members. You have never done anything about it. You say you don't allow SPAM. It must be the double standard. If it makes you money it is OK. You people really make me sick. When are you going to live up to your t&c?

Below is the complete header for this latest SPAM.

This is my website email address. I have never used it for casino promotions, so I don't know how he got this address. I wouldn't be a bit surprised if you gave it to him.

Yep, I got it too, along with many others from him this week for several reputable casinos, including Casino Coins, and an RTG. I think's he on the warpath. ;)

I am quite sick of it!

Yep, he's back at it!! I got rid of him before by complaining to his webhost, among others. I finally got a reply from him cussing me out, but he removed that email address. Now he is spamming another one, and I'm going after him for that too!!

He uses Subscribe Me, which supposedly removed you from the database automatically. So he keeps putting the addys back in once you have "unsubscribed" from his list.

Amateur -

Are you willing to share that reply so that I can nail him to the wall? There are still a lot of people I need to talk to today :)
