As ddm says... "never build a house of rented land". Whether the message isn't sinking in, or you don't care, IDK what it is. However your last domain used a well knowm industry Trademarked game provider, and so does this one too.

Using someone's trademark, is akin to stealing someone's copyrighted content.

guessing you're just here to spam your link here.

Would be great if GPWA made all this stuff nofollow.

Some software don't care about you doing this kind of thing but Microgaming are particularly toothy when it comes to defending their trademarks, here's some cases of them seizing control of domains containing the text 'microgaming' - all of these were decided in favour of MG:

    https://www.wipo.int/amc/en/domains/...2009-1423.html
...the Panel orders that the Domain Name <microgaming-casinos-list.com> be transferred to the Complainant.

    https://www.wipo.int/amc/en/domains/...ase=D2010-1596
...the Panel orders that the domain name <microgaming-casinos.org> be transferred to Complainant.

    https://www.wipo.int/amc/en/domains/...2009-0854.html
...the Panel orders that the domain name, <microgamingsbest.com> be transferred to the Complainant.

    https://www.wipo.int/amc/en/domains/...2009-0855.html
...the Panel orders that the domain name <mymicrogamingcasinos.com> be transferred to the Complainant.

    https://www.wipo.int/amc/en/domains/...2007-0013.html
...the Panel orders that the domain name <microgamingcasinos.com> be transferred to the Complainant.

    https://www.wipo.int/amc/en/domains/...2009-0853.html
...the Panel orders that the domain names <microgamingcasinossite.com> and <microgamingcasinossites.com> be transferred to the Complainant.

    https://www.wipo.int/amc/en/domains/...2008-0870.html
...the Panel orders that the Domain Name <bonusmicrogamingslots.com> be transferred to the Complainant.

And many more - see: https://www.wipo.int/amc/en/domains/...?q=microgaming
onlinegamblingwebsites.com - Formally known as goodbonusguide.

Gambling Domains: Small clear out of some of the domains we've been hoarding on Dan - see the list here. Prices negotiable, and willing to swap for decent links.

The DMCA footer button was a good laugh in this case.

Yeah have to agree this is set up to fail. Given you have an allnetent site I can see why you did it but as baldidiot says some software companies care and some don't. Netnet don't care too much but microgaming do.

Search for 'netent casinos' and you get lots of EM domains, search for 'microgaming casinos' and you get very few, this is the reason why.

Outstanding point. I agree 100% with you. But at the same time, if the guy wants to "out himself" then so be it!

I suspect that could all change once Evolution Gaming complete the purchase of NetEnt, they may not be as keen to allow the trademark to be used this way. Lets hope that those that run those sites got some sort of written permission from NetEnt back in the day.

Yeah, good point. There will be a hell of a lot of sites to go after if Evolution do decide to do that.
