2. Membership Account Fees are Payable in Advance and are
Not Refundable. Depending on the billing plan you have
chosen, Pimp-Your-Poker fees are due on a monthly, bi-
annually, or annual basis. You are billed one time at the
beginning of each applicable billing period. If you do not
cancel your Exclusive Account, then Pimp-Your-Poker will
automatically renew your Exclusive Account at the end of the
period, and you will be billed according to the billing schedule
you are on. Pimp-Your-Poker will provide you with notice of
any changes to our fees or billing methods at least thirty (30)
days in advance by posting such changes on the Pimp-Your-
Poker website. You are responsible for reviewing the Pimp-
Your-Poker site to obtain timely notice of such changes. Your
continued use of the Service thirty (30) days after our posting
of billing or fee changes on the Pimp-Your-Poker website
means that you accept such changes. If any change is
unacceptable to you, you may cancel your Account at any time, effective at the end of your billing period.

Pimp-Your-Poker
will not refund any payments for billing periods during which
you had an active membership Account, and we will not
prorate fees for any Account.
3. Account Expiration. Upon termination or expiration of a
Membership Account, Pimp-Your-Poker may delete all Player
Assets, whatever they may be, specific to your Account
information that you may have accumulated.
4. Taxes. If your use of Pimp-Your-Poker is subject to use or
sales tax, then Pimp-Your-Poker may also charge you for any
such taxes, in addition to the membership Account fees.
2. 2.3. Limitations on Accounts. You may not open more than one Account,
and Pimp-Your-Poker may monitor any effort to establish multiple accounts.
If Pimp-Your-Poker discovers that you have opened more than one Account,
then all additional Accounts will be closed without notice and Pimp-Your-
Poker may terminate all of your Accounts. Pimp-Your-Poker may void any
winnings won during a time during which you had multiple Accounts.
3. 2.4. Accounts for Individual Use Only. You, as the holder of your Account,
are solely responsible for all obligations and, assuming your compliance with
this Agreement, are entitled to receive all the benefits as well. You may not
allow any other person to access your Account, access the Service, accept any
winnings, or participate in any tournament using your Account. Your Account
is not transferable to any other person. You agree to indemnify, defend, and
hold Pimp-Your-Poker harmless from or for any claims, liability, damages,
and/or costs (including attorneys' fees) arising from any use of your Account
by any person.
4. 2.5. Cancellation and Termination.
1. Cancel at Any Time. You have the right to terminate or cancel your
Account at any time during the Support Hours (see Section 2.5(c)
below).
2. Cancellation is Sole Remedy. You understand and agree that the
cancellation of your Account is your sole right and remedy with
respect to any dispute with Pimp-Your-Poker. This includes, but is
not limited to, any dispute related to, or arising out of: (1) any terms of
this Agreement or Pimp-Your-Poker's enforcement or application of
this Agreement; (2) the content or services available through the
Service; (3) your ability to access or use the Service; or (4) the amount
or type of fees, surcharges, applicable taxes, billing methods, or any
change to the fees, applicable taxes, surcharges or billing methods.
3. How to Cancel. You may cancel your Account by emailing
cancelations@pimp-your-poker.com, or by cancelling your
subscription through your chosen payment gateway and then informing
us of your cancelation
4. No Refunds. Unless Pimp-Your-Poker cancels your Account without
any reason, if your Account is terminated, suspended, or cancelled, no
refund will be granted, and you will have no further access to you
Account or anything within Pimp-Your-Poker associated with it (such
as electronic messages, player points, or tournament tokens). Active
Account holders may not allow former Account holders whose
Account was terminated by Pimp-Your-Poker to use their Accounts.

Damn just gone through this from beginning to end and i am gutted i never had the opportunity to jump in much earlier, unlike some of my respected friends on here i would not have held back in the interests of peace.

Sometimes things HAVE to be said

The behaviour on here of the "new" and definately unwelcome new members has been a disgrace, what is an even bigger disgrace is that they have been allowed to continue on here with their big CAPS, abusive and downright rude attitude that has been compleyely unproductive.

Since when has the GPWA been a place for non site owners, non affiliates to come and attack relentlessly approved members, without any sound and logical arguement to back up their claims.

Is this what the GPWA is now? a new avenue for players to come and be abusive.

The SBR is the perfect place for that not the GPWA.

Should not be allowed on here full stop, this is now becoming a pattern were certain behaviour is becoming accepted prectise on here.

Seems that rantings and flaming are now becoming standard operating procedure on here.

The only good thing about this is that this issue has more or less run its course if the players are being paid out and then we will see the back of those three who's one and only contribution to this forum was to be abusive, ignorant and plain nasty.

When respected members like GFPC, Mojo,Chalkie,Chips, Pomprayuk and others have a disgareement and so on, they do it with respect, yes Ray and Steve have fallen out over this but its hardly volcanic and they will make it up sooner rather than later.

But those three i named are poison, they started flame wars with nearly anyone that opposed them, they are destructive to this forum and thank god they will quickly sneak away and no longer bring their brand of forum behaviour with them.

And be assured i make this post in a very calm and measured way and have chosen my words very very carefully.

I wont call for their banning because i wont put Michael in that position, but i hold them and their opinions in utter contempt

And i hope that the GPWA does not continue down this road or i fear we will start to lose some very respected members

Martin, you have echoed everything i feel and said it in a far more eloquent way than i ever could.

I chose to be placid - unlike me - Good job though in this instance because when i pop my cork i am relentless and believe me i was close to popping my cork over this! That speaks for itself about this whole thread, i mean, apart from knowing Ray a few months, i have no connection with any part of this issue yet still stood up against these people because of their obvious interaction being purely to try to create trouble.

Let this be a lesson to people: No matter how enthusiastic about an issue one may be, introducing outside support from the wrong sorts will not help but may hinder.

The three of them are just the type of people that we do not need here and the fact that one of them is an affiliate but has not got private membership here speaks for itself!

The one great thing about this forum is the very fact that only occasionally are people banned for spouting crap, profoundly false accusations and slanderous remarks. Banning them because of this thread would most likely have been counterproductive unfortunatelly, it would just have given them more ammunition elsewhere.

Luckily enough, everyone here is intelligent enough to see past the bullshit posted by these 3 and the further bullshit posted since the problems have started to be solved has just shown them to be what they really are ...

My picture of them is the 3 of them sat around a bubbling cauldron chanting:

bet partner i dont know who you are nor care but in this case with a POKER SITE straight ripping players off anything about this site should be posted for others to view and make there own choices...its pretty sad that pimp your poker will not even give the former players a refund on a membership they bought into BEFORE they suddenly closed there doors for 4 mouths WITHOUT 1 notice being sent out... i personally thank GPWA for the oppertunity to joice our concers with a paticular site that is bring the on -line poker name a bad repatation. i understand what your tryinmg to say in your posts but this is a serious matter that needs to be dealth with in all aspects. OK This will hopefulley be my last comment in this thread ... as my name has been brought up again, so i have to defend myself in this thread. As it seems the above complainers are stirring the pot .

1st i will say im an affiliate owner ....I am actually the first Affiliate that found big daddys, i ran a forum and set up a free-roll with them . Me and the site owner got along preety good . I was freinds with ray also at the time and we got along good. Well things happened on a personal level for me which i wont go into here, and i went offline for a few months . I gave the owners administration authorities on my forum to help build his site and do whatever he pleased. Mow mind you my site was just off the ground and probably just had i forget maybe 150-200 members.

So for you to say i have no understanding of what the affiliate buisness is , your wrong. I will admit i am a much better poker player , than an afffiliate opperator ...so that is the reason i havent jumped back in the affiliate buisness.

I said eralier before when this thread looked like it was over ...yes things could have been handled a lil diffrentley from both sides... but i dont think any appolgies are in order...if so they wil have to come from BOTH sides. The forum owner and the players.... not just the players ..like you affiliate "webmasters" would like it to be .

I am going to end my statement wishing big daddys alll the success he may come accross in the future. And i will put aside my issues with ray and go ahead and wish him success in his future endeavors.
