I'm pretty lost here. It is probably just me.

I don't mean to interrupt. I havn't followed other forums referenced here and I don't promote these properties but I see players not getting paid. I feel I should have a clue. I have to admit I can't follow what happened here.

Is there a synopsis or post that explains a time line and/or events? Is a link available?

    Thanks guys.

Interesting point Chips. I would agree. I mean at some point a decision must be made here. Its dragged on very long.

Whether gaining access or not, this money needs to be paid out to players and affiliates. It cannot just sit there and go untouched.

If merging to a new network (not heard word yet) is to happen how will these players monies be transferred? It don't add up for me.

I did get email today from the 3rd party support.

    Sorry for the late response.

I do have a bit of news. The next step in the process of our Support Team no
longer working for BigDaddysCasino.com has happened. The support contacts at
BigDaddysCasino.com have already been minimized to email only and automated
responses are now being rolled out.

Since you and I have been conversing back and forth for a while now I thought
    I'd send you a non-automated update.

I've spoken with site management regarding shutting down the Deposits as you
suggested, which they agreed was a good idea. Newer deposits were simply
being canceled/reversed, but stopping them before they happen is ultimately a
better way of doing things. They have not done this yet, but I'm told that
the entire Cashier system would be taken down eventually anyway. It's
currently up so that customers can still request withdrawals of any remaining
    balances.

Unless I step in, you might receive an automated response on the next message
you send to this Support Team.

Based on this information its possible deposits are not going through anyway but i rally do not know and cannot confirm. Lets hope for the players sake its true, as they don't seem to have a support system to contact now at Big Daddy's.

In terms of players continually playing while this is going on. Well i am sure this is part of the plan. Let them continue to rake. I think what happens here is players are getting to the point, they don't think they will get paid. Thus giving up so to speak and simply just blow of the cash. I know it makes no sense but when people feel they are fighting a losing battle things like this can possibly happen.

I hope something good comes of this, and i hope players and affiliates can feel somewhat hopeful now by the video today by APCW.

It does shed some light, and may give some players and affiliates some encouragement going forward. We are being heard!!! Players and affilaites can see we are being listened to. Thank you APCW!!!

Take a look at the 6:20 - 7:00 mark. A 40 second blurb on the Pimp Your Poker and Big Daddy's issues. Its on site here and APCW but just in case players or affiliates missed it i will add it here.

    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lkrMTuDAUQM

Im going to remain hopeful that in the end justice will prevail!!!

Now you are throwing around accusations.
Yet I see that you still will not take any statements from the 100+ members at pimp who are more than happy with what is happening.

Nor will you post anything at all that is not against BigDaddys or PYP.

You cannot see beyond your personal witch hunt can you?

IGS run click cashier and it is IGS that are nor paying players or affiliates.

IGS run the third party support who's every word you seem to hang from and worship beyond all faiths I have ever seen.

Makes a lot of sense if you read what Chips has said here and at Casinomeister about IGS/FutureBet etc

Also as posted by the owner of spin32 poker

Here is a post made by the owner of spin32 poker who knows all about IGS

    Hi everyone,

I am the owner of Spin32Poker and we are directly on the Merge Gaming Network. The reason I am posting here is because you need to know the truth about this situation.

It is very simple Big Daddys and PYP have been taken down by an old group of real con artists called FUTURE BET - IGAMING Software. They were the people who resold a poker skin to Big Daddys.

I have been in the online poker, casino, and sportsbetting industry since the first days and I know that IG and FB are crooks.

I also know that this is no direct fault of Pomp's, so please can I ask for you to ease off him a bit as he is not his fault and he is not getting the backing from BD as he should.

I am not saying that BD or PYP are right in what there doing but sometimes you all have to work as a team to move forward and all benefit.

I personally think that the owner of BD and PYP should step up and speak. But I would imagine that he has his arms tied now due to IGAMING are corrupt and will not pay him out, thus you guys wont get paid. If he speaks publicly then IGAMING wont pay.

I can safely say that we are part of the main network being one of the first sites Merge Gaming partnered with and we are fully protected by them and our own banking policies.

I wont be posting here again as this is not my place to get involved, I just wanted to give you the back ground and also let you know that the guys who call them selves the poker community are crooks not the poker room brand owners.

So please be aware of any site that states there on the Merge Gaming Network and don’t appear on there website. There are only 18 poker rooms directly on the Merge Gaming Network.

Thank you all and I truly hope you do get a result, if I can be of any help. Please contact me via our website.

Let me clarify - Its an opinion - a possible scenario I have considered.

Yet I see that you still will not take any statements from the 100+ members at pimp who are more than happy with what is happening.
Are you suggesting they are happy they can't cash out? Ok then!

You cannot see beyond your personal witch hunt can you?
Its not a which hunt mate. Yes its true I was upset about how my privacy was violated when my personal bank details were given to Big Daddy's investors. Who of which had an employee who gave my bank information out freely to a person who apparently ran of with 3K that was an agreed deal Craig and I had, and those funds were to be wired to me.

Let me ask you if I may. Would this not upset you? If an operator gave your personal banking data out to a third party? And they fraudulently gave it out to a possible criminal who stole the 3k?

Beyond that of which i have not heard anything from Big Daddy's management or his investors -(still working on it). lets focus on the more to date concerns.

Players have not been paid. When will they be paid?
Affilliates have not been paid. When will they be paid?
When will the merge to the new network happen? And where will it be?

When your able to answer those questions and get that solved, then we focus on my personal invasion of privacy issues.. - and no its not a which hunt mate..

Players have not been paid. When will they be paid? When the crooks at IGS either are forced to pay them or are forced to give access back to BigDaddys

I really don't want involved in this mess, I had an axe to grind over lack of payment in the Fall 08 and it was settled. I received my payment albeit several months late. None the less, I am even with Craig. He has his thing, and I have mine.

I will say however, that click cashier to the best of my knowledge is the payment processor for IGS/Futurebet/_____ <-- insert next scam name. Back in the early summer of 2008, payments were being processed. If memory serves, in late August, there became an issue on US players being paid. I personally called Vancouver to discuss the issue. I was told it was not the fault of IGS, but it was ewalletXpress's issue. However... at the very same time I was personally csshing out at "True" Merge gaming sites with my EWX. So it was another in a long string of lies from IGS. They (IGS) told me they were working on a solution and it should not be long before it was sorted. I actually suggested and provided contact info for Pic-Club as an option (and they now or did have it). Curious as to if Pic_Club members can cash out as it is handled differnent, (I think).
Surely that tells you that until BigDaddys is given control of the cashier system he can do very little.
If you still cant see that then I give up.

    Let me rephrase:

When you have dates when affiliates and players will be paid get back to
all of us here. Oh wait!!

But you are not employed with Big Daddy's or work for them, and you are not his business partner right, they simply sponsor you 20K a month!!! I get it!! You have no responsibility at all.

You have no stake involved!! Your simply an affiliate right. Also waiting to be paid..

    Interesting!!

    Your twisting it again.

And what it has to do with you what I do I do not know.

Does PYP owe you money? No
Does PYP owe players money? No
Do I have to answer to you? No

But I am doing the best I can here.

I have kept out of this thread for a few reasons:

    1. I am not involved in anyway.

    2. I dont want to get caught up in a row that is getting all too messy.

    3. I am friends with the 2 main posters here who were also friends but now speak from different hymn sheets and are falling out over different issues in a roundabout way.

Can we take this back to basics?

I think i understand the situation a little now and in my view there are a few points that should be taken in to consideration!

Steve, your main gripe is that the sponsorship for yourself did not go ahead plus your bank details were given out. Secondary you are concerned for other players and affiliates.

Ray acting as PYP is completely reliant on BD and they are not coming up with the goods!

I think that sums up the skeleton of the issue! I maybe wrong or have missed a few things out and there is of course a few other points that have arisen during this thread. The worst for me being the flaming of each other by Steve and Ray.

Now my take on this is as follows:

Steve, your bank details issue is annoying and not good, however, not sure that anyone can make use of them. Your account and sort code is open to anyone you write a cheque to and people cannot make use of it - apart from pay in to your account.

The sponsorship is painful to say the least and was not handled in the most sensible way, however, maybe you can deep down understand the principals of this.

Your care and worry for other affiliates and players is unquestionable, unswerving and typical of the nice guy that you are. For that i have complete and utter respect for you!

Ray, it seems that you are tied to sitting back and waiting for the outcome of the whole mess. You have an awful lot at stake here and if it all goes to **** completely you are up the swanee without a paddle. Howwever, what else are you supposed to do? You trust the people that you are dealing with and believe that BD are the aggrieved party and that they are trying to sort the issues out and resurrect their business.

This i admire and also think that it is the only way that you can proceed.

You are living in the hope that the mess will be sorted out and you also believe that it will. What other option do you have? If the whole thing is bent there is not a lot you can do but sit and watch it all wash away.

I want to see Ray and Steve working together on this rather than against each other.

Its fair to say that for now BD should not be promoted and warnings should be there to stop people losing any further money, but not to the extent that BD are rogues. More like telling people to steer clear due to issues that are ongoing and will be resolved soon or along similar lines.

It is also fair to say that for the benefit of players and affiliates that have a lot of money at stake we might be wise to cut BD and Craig a little slack in the hope that the problem is solved. Seems to me that IGS is the problem and that Craig has to keep quiet for legal reasons. This is just my assumption.

I am pretty sure of one thing though, if craig is made to be public enemy number one then the likelihood of people seeing the money is nil! Even if he is genuinly trying to solve the problem. (I dont think i need to explain my reasoning for thinking this, i am sure it can be worked out by anyone).

What i am really trying to say is please guys, work together on this, respect each others judgement and remember what each has endured and has at stake.

Me personally i think the only option is to suck it and see and whilst any legal action is going on we will not get to see the truth. I am not taking any sides and i have nothing at stake here. I just hope that all comes good and that no one gets hurt or scammed.

I also hope that i have made some sense above and gone a little way to getting people back together and friendly. After all, we all have the same aim!

I think your comment is quite insightful. The one thing that is most clear to me is that IGS is a root problem and that players and affiliates should be warned away from any properties using that software. Count on us to help organize a concerted effort on that front. Grand Prive is our first target. IGS is our second target.

Thankyou Michael for pointing out what I have been trying to say for ages.
Maybe I have been going about things the wrong way at times but I wear my heart on my sleave and act on spur of the moment.

I dont disagree with what Steve is doing re players and affiliates in principal buy he is going about it the wrong way.

He refers to it being all over the net and affecting a lot of people yet 95% of the posting is him and 3 players the other 5% me n chips and a cple of others.

In a very early post he claimed that he had spent a lot of time writing content etc to promote BigDaddy when they re opened. Surely Steve you did your research then as to what the future held or maybe it was because there was a possible $3000 coming.

Chalkie many many thanks ofr telling most of it as it is however I am afraid the bond has gone between me and Steve.

I guess I'm one of the three Pomp refers to. I believe things would never have escalated this far if it wern;t for the responses we received from POMP during the early stages of this mess. Maybe if instead of taking offence at every question, if he would have taken the side of the players, and acted on our behalf, unstead of skirting questions or just pointing fingers and giving out the its not my job responce, maybe things would be a little different concerning POMP,not the situation.
At first I never had the slightest Idea of who was in charge, but POMP brought him self to the forfront of this mess by defending the actions of people he claims to have no controll of.Pomp himself has turned this into a personal thing, all I ever wanted was to be able to withdraw my winnings, questions of sort "any news yet or when can we withdraw" would get responces of "how about not comming to this forum and causing trouble".These are not exact quotes as he banned me from his forum afer posting the exact samething that he posted here(post by the owner of Spin32).POMP maybe if you would have taken the players side,in this dispute unstead of attacking us for asking maybe you would have been seen in a differant light, but since you made your own bed, now you have to lie in it.

Chalkie first off thank you for your time an energy in writing that post. I think most of what you write makes allot of sense. You have generally summed it up in a pretty good package for lets say a new comer to the scene - thank you for that mate. - Well written.

On my part, my doors are open to Ray. I have stated it before. We have got ourselves into a different tangent, and are taking away from the main reasons were posting.

I will try and take your advice Chalkie - Again my doors are open and i am willing to shake hands so to speak for the common good!!

Michael also makes a significant point in expressing " one root cause" of the trouble in this mess and that is IGS. I agree fully they need to be targeted as he puts it. Thank you Michael!!!

As for players and affiliates - We as a group should remain strong and dedicated in continuing our efforts to have this issue solved for the whole.
Our main goal here is to get all affiliates and players paid!!!

With regard to my own personal (privacy breaches and dishonest treatments from Big Daddy's) no matter how rotten they were or unjustified, they are secondary here to the main issue - which is the collective whole!!!

As a final note i just want to warn everyone - When we get rid of the big evil, don't allow the smaller evil to continue - get rid of it and walk away!!!
When this mess is all over I hope affiliates and players will understand what i mean - there are other worth while and honest programs and poker sites to spend our time on.

    - Lets not give BD a reason to walk away right just yet!!
    Best

After reading here and at the APCW I have a better understanding. It is just a terrible situation for all.

Sorry if this was answered somewhere but I don't see it..

Are players still depositing? If so, is there anything we can do?

Thanks Mojo for showing interest. No need to be sorry, its an important question and one that no one really knows. I least i don't know.

The only way to really answer this I think is for one to make a deposit and see what happens, but that is "high risk" at this point as you may lose it.

If you read a post i made earlier here, a support staff indicates the following,

"I've spoken with site management regarding shutting down the Deposits as you suggested, which they agreed was a good idea. Newer deposits were simply being canceled/reversed, but stopping them before they happen is ultimately a better way of doing things. They have not done this yet, but I'm told that the entire Cashier system would be taken down eventually anyway. It's currently up so that customers can still request withdrawals of any remaining balances."

I tried my best to tackle this issue, and asked them to somehow stop allowing deposits but i cant say for certain what is being done. I'm not sure anyone knows this besides the the ones who control things there at BD, of which we also do not know for sure.

I think Mojo your second question is also important.

One of the things we can do as webmasters is follow along the lines of what APCW has done in their video this week. Keep an eye out. Look around here and the forum wait for a reply from management. And simply do what your doing; Ask Questions. I'm sure they will surface soon (we can only hope) and offer some "tid bits" of new information for us to digest.

On a more proactive level, we can directly inform our players via email blasts. I have a database of players who i have emailed news about this. I have added information on my site to inform and educate visitors to try and keep them safe. And of course added APCW's video for all to see. We can also add them (BD and on a more general note add IGS/Future bet) to our Blacklists if we have one. Our goal being to educate players and allowing them to make informed choices with facts we give them upfront.

Or we can do whats been asked of us:

Be patient, as they suggest its in the hands of the law. Were all safe and no need to worry, we will all be paid and are all safe and better days are to follow.

I guess each one of us must decide for ourselves.

Hope this helps you make an informed decision on what can be done to help out, as I know you are an active well respected member who wants whats best for this industry. I am certainly pleased you care enough to post.

    Thank you Mojo!

    Steve

after reading thru this here i have 2 things to say.

    1. I rarely, if ever, will add a new operator to my sites unless they have a record of satisfied customers for at least 6-12 months. I've only had 3 places i've had to drop over their treatment of players RichWebBastards, Gambling Hackernation (aka Gambling Federation) and whatever places end up being shark. If you want to avoid getting burned, i think you have to wait for a place to build up a record.

    2. "It's not their fault, they're locked out by IGS" - well "they" may be getting screwed by IGS, but they choose IGS as their partner/platform. If MGM put a slot machine, from a new vendor, into their casinos that was flawed and was ripping off their customers it's MGM who exposed their clients to the flaw. Craig (or whoever owns this place) made a bad decision to go with IGS and now his players and affiliates have lost their money.

The guys who charged their clients commission and sent the money to Bernie Madoff in good faith, failed their clients too. Whether you fail your clients because of something you did intentionally or because you used the wrong vendor, you still failed your customers.

    3. Thanks Chips for stepping up last fall and shedding a light on this early
