Hello there. Been awhile since I have been around here. As it was noted this thread should bring only new news to the table.

However your post brings something to the surface that people must consider and think about.

The owner of Big Daddy's Casino has conducted his affairs in this way for a long time. This is not the first time and obviously not the last.

Typically one would have to wait days or weeks for a reply from him when he would indeed in fact make promises of next day communications.

Understand this is the way he conducts his communications with many as you clearly can see here.

From talks I had with several people this is a common occurence and happens frequently

Its unfortunate isn't it?

I just wanted you to know historically this is how he conducts his business relationships with people.

Clearly there is something really wrong here.

Steve I used to think that you had a bit of savvy but I was obviously wrong because you still cannot get over the fact that your silver spoon didnt come and you think that Craig is behind all this.

Did none of you supposedly more experienced members read the chat I personally had with support at Doms Casino which is also on TPC network??

I want nothing more to do with people who are blinded by their own personal "whats to gain out of this" attitude and cannot see this for what it really is.

I urge one of you to do as I did and try "Global Support" at Doms Casino or Rio Party Casino or maybe try and find 300chips.com and another new one is paperchasepoker.com

Whilst i agree we need answers, (well not me personally as i have no involvement in anyway), you need to look further into this thread Mojo and at other places where the very same is being discussed.

The main of this thread is 1 person (Steve) who is on a mission to get justice, however, he has a personal issue with them too which is neither here nor there to the problem in hand! This is the issue of a failed sponsorship to CAC and the harmless but none the less unprofessional disclosure of his bank details (If this did infact happen or may have been a lame excuse to stop Steve asking where his sponsorship was). This is not a dig at Steve, just an explanation of my view of this as an involved party to the thread, albeit a relectant party to the thread now! I admire Steves need for the truth and his persistence in trying to get a resolution. What i and a couple more did not admire was his persistance in bumping the thread with constant posts of the same old thing when clearly there was no more to be said and people were prepared to accept the fact that until all legalities were cleared up that no more could be said. When this was pointed out, Steve actually accepted this and stopped posting unless there was a real point to make, however, unfortunatelly by this time a few people had joined us here. People that never existed at the GPWA before this thread.

Also party to this thread is Ray, who has tried to help and explain both here and in other places however, his help and statements have been met by a few people (mainly players) who seem to dislike him and are determined to make him out to be a crook, when he is clearly not! There have been threats in other forums (I did post one below), and a constant flow of accusations and general vile points made about him. Ray has taken exception to this and become defensive, he has also chosen to step back a little because of this unprofessional behaviour! Rightly or wrongly so, however, when there has seemingly been only people prepared to attack, what else is he to do? Ray is not hiding and his email he open to anyone as is his forum. Ray is guilty of banning people and ignoring them, however, when people just persist in calling you a cheat a thief and a liar, will not listen to any sort of reason, then what else can you do?

Also party to this thread is a few players and also members of PYP. These are the very people that will not listen to any sensible comments unless they are anti PYP and BD. This is making it very difficult to make any headway whatsoever here. Yes, the subject needs to be fresh, it needs to be looked into and we need to be pro-actively seeking a resolution, however, constantly bickering and throwing unproven accusations about will gain no momentum whatsoever. This is clear, with the proof being that Craig did in another post here point out that things were afoot, however, he cannot make any comments because of the legal issues. Since the newer people here have continued to be on the offensive, he has chosen not to post anymore seemingly because whatever points are made a retoric is prevalent.

Also party to this thread in a big way has been myself and Bruce, we have both tried to add a little dignity to the thread and ask for some decorum. We have pointed out many times the facts and why constant bickering etc will gain us nothing. We have taken a stand to try to get people to talk about facts and not continue to trawl over the same old things with some success, we have asked for offensive remarks and unfounded accusations to be left out of the thread, however, there has been a continuation of this by some of the more louder speaking people.

Micheal has made a statement in this thread pointing out that the issues here are on his radar and the subject was brought up in a famous weekly video too. So there are people looking at this and it is not being ignored.

Mojo, this is not a gripe at you or anyone of my friends, however, please bear in mind that it is a difficult situation and that some people will not accept any discussion and just seem intent on causing trouble where this is not needed. This has resulted in the position we are in now.

For me the bottom line is the fact that because of legal reasons this is dragging on, i personally belive that BD will be vindicated and the issue will be proven to be with the third party.

I would like to see only facts discussed and until BD and Craig are proven to be guilty i think that it is unfair to call them crooks, especially when one considers the points they have made. They cannot prove their innocence because of legal restraints, so why cannot people accept that?

As for Ray, well, although he has to take responsibility for promoting BD and should work with the aim of getting a solution, what else is he supposed to do? When people start pointing the finger unfairly and accusing him of being part of BD.

The bottom line is that whilst people continue to vent their anger at people that are defensless and also people that are clearly innocent we will not get anywhere.

This thread need sense and professionalism otherwise it will be counter productive. Many of the respected people here are not getting involved because of the fact that it is a minefield, but minefields can be cleared with the right people and a sensible approach.

I wish i had never got involved here.

Really, I could have stopped when IGS came up - the old Futurebet. That's all I needed to know.

These people have ALWAYS had these problems. They screw licencees, players, affiliates and likely the cleaning lady, too.

I am just surprised that they are still alive today. I remember issues with them 8 years go and ever since.

Guys, don't let old friendships go to ruin over this. It's positively not worth it. Rest assured, the villain is Futurebet aka IGS, all the people involved in this have been screwed.

Please don't be infighting, join forces again and go after the real culprit in all this - IGS. I just hate to see this issue pitch good people against each other.

Thanks for your post Chalkie. I'm not helping matters I think. Unfortunaltly it has gotten to the point where everyone is fighting with each other and I was hoping we could do something to help. I never thought it was Rays fault, for the record.

Dom, that is a totally different operation. The IGS associated with BigDaddy is located in Vancouver, the actual name is iGaming Software and is located at the following URL http://www.igamingsoftware.com/. This is the company that "transformed" from Futurebet. Not the same company that Bryan listed "Interactive Gaming Systems" a company based in the UK. That notice is from 2006, and that company had purchased the casino sourse code from the then still operating Futurebet.

IGS (iGaming Software) was born in 2007 after Futurebet "Shut down". The same people, the same offices and actually re-opened all the poker skins that wished to stay under their umbrella. In late 2007, Dobrosoft, the original provider ior the software took back the license from IGS due to not paying as agreed. This created a new/old poker network called "Gold Chip" it uses the old Futurebet poker software and is owned by Vinko Dobrosovic.

I have a complete blacklist available to anyone for a backlink to the original and the new C.City site also maintains a list, I forget the URL but it was published last week.
