Thats great news . I talked with dave from pic club last night and had him get into contact with craig , about supporting his new site . Payouts are being made to the players and thats great news . Im happy to see the players getting paid and wish nothing but success for craig and his new site .

1st off chalkie . Now im not being rude here but things are looking preety good here rt now. Now YOU want appologies to be given out to 1 person . Frankly , if you understood this whole situation , you would see that alot of people deserve a lil appology. But you have no connections to big daddys or the PYP forum ...NADA. So i dont think that YOU personally should be saying who should be appologizing to who .

This whole situation could have been handled alot diffrentley , by both the players and the forum staff . 1st .... there wasnt lets say a realistical concern , for players that had doubts by the staff . Players were banned for just wanting answers . If a player on that forum asked a question about there money they were banned. I mean this is no way to run things. Your players are your lifeline in this buisness , no need to ban them on obvious concerns they might have.

Lets face the facts here chaulkie, since you jumped in 1ce again . How has the online pokerworld been lateley ? Has peoples money been held "hostage" by the US goverment here lateley ?

Have players been scratching there heads, wondering what the hell is going on, wheres my money and how can it just be held back .

But i guess you dont understand " The players " point of view here...which is one thing you have to look at .

I am merely stating that the way people spoke to ray and some of the accusations made against him were wrong and have been proven to be so now!

Therefore apologies where apologies are due and if the people who should apologise aint got the balls to do so then so be it.

Reference my knowledge of the industry and how people feel and are treated, well i only work in the industry for some 16 hours a day, 7 days a week and play poker a lot too, so i obviously have no idea whatsoever.

Phil, cmon pal, chill out i dont want to fall out with you or anyone else for that matter. If you knew me, you would know that i dont fall out with people very often, i like a quiet life as a rule, however, i felt obliged to get involved in this thread because i felt people were being unfairly treated. Thats how i am.

Yes for starters people could have believed it when we said everyone would get paid secondly Craig could have done what previous victims as owners did and just walked away and forgotten about us all instead of fighting the players cause all the way despite the witch hunt.

Not wanting to start another uncontrolled flame war that has run rampant here without any interaction. But, it would be a good thing to see all that were quick to throw Ray under the bus for everything from lack of payment to starvation in Africa to be men and ladies about it and apologize to Ray.

Im not going to appologiize to a guy who had his own players banned for asking simple questions about there payouts . Its a subscription service....and he banned i dont know how many but banned his subscribers.

If he was quick 2 jump the gun and ban members for asking questions...being concerned...... why should we have to kiss his ass now.

You were never really one of my players. How could you have been after all I paid your 1st months subscription an you were late or still owing after that.

You were not banned as you full well know for asking questions were you.

You were banned for the slanderous names you called me and the blatantly false accusations you made against me.

As for doing my work for me it is because it is the only means you have of ever being involved and listened to in REAL forums. It is your way of trying too get back in with us which is never going to happen.

Finally thanks for your offer of obtaining props for me ready for the re-launch but with your track record of a failed forum a failed relationship and very wrong accusations and so called facts in this matter how could I posssibly expect prop players coming from you to know what a card looks like let alone know how to play texas holdem.

I must say thank you to Phill for keeping up with this mess, and letting us know what was going on. If it wasn't for you my money wouldn't be transferring out of Bigdaddy casino as I write.
As for Pomp, don't you fell you owe the players an apology for having put us through this mess? I guess not, but I'm sure we'll hear a lot of it wasn't my fault, and I told you so. And why did we have to wait for a victim to come forward with information, and when will you be refunding the membership fee that so many of us had paid. Yes Pomp I will say that I'm sorry, I"m sorry I ever got involved with you or your organization, you have done wonders for your industry.
