Like a last chosen status kind of thing. Or being able to manipulate that in a profile setting preference the affiliate has control over setting.
Thank you for the idea, however, at the moment, since the dropdown for changing the time period is on the page, and the time period change is just 2 clicks away, no development will be done regarding this. We are currently focused on other projects that are priority.

Say, a client keeps making deposits, playing, losing and winning, but his activity shows as Nil or Zero for the affiliate who brought him to the betting site?

I'm not even sure you can answer this question in the Yes, if it were true.
The re-tagging option is available for all systems. It is up to each operator whether they want to use it or not.

There are two scenarios what happens if an active player is moved to another affiliate, or his tagging is completely removed so he doesn't belong to any affiliate anymore:
    1. If a player is moved away from your affiliate from the 1st day of the month, the player will not appear in your reports anymore.
    2. If a player is moved from any other day during the month, e.g. on the 12th day of the month, his activity will show in your reports for the period from the 1st till the 11th, and from the 12th onwards his activity will be 0. From the next month, you will not see the player in the reports anymore.

Can you provide details as to why after a number of years of defaulting to monthly at most if not all programs, it was suddenly changed to daily?

I ’ve had experience using Cloudflare with affiliate tracking, and enabling ‘Cache Everything’ can sometimes interfere with tracking, especially for dynamic content. In my case, I configured Cloudflare to bypass the cache for specific URLs eg: /goto/ related to tracking scripts and cookie generation. One option is to use page rules in Cloudflare to exclude your affiliate links or tracking URLs from caching, which ensures they’re always served fresh. It might also help to check with My Affiliates support to see if they recommend specific settings for Cloudflare compatibility. Hope this helps!

Hi universal4. I am glad to inform you that the default period is reverted to This Month. The change will be deployed with the next version.

    Hi

What happens to the tracking when the operator is updating MyAffiliates to the latest version. The downtime must disable tracking. Yes?

    @Rick

Can you change the title of this thread to something more appropriate like "Ask Me Anything MyAffiliates Account Representative."

    Hi Malik,

We weren't very active here, so apologies for the delay.

The answer to your question is No. If a player is removed from the affiliate account, you will not see that player appearing in the reports from the date he was removed.
Therefore, it is not possible for the player to stay under an affiliate and show zeros for the activity, if the player is still active.

May I suggest possibly subscribing to this thread? You can do that in the top navigation drop down under "Thread Tools" and choosing Subscribe to this thread. That way any time there is a reply you will see an email reminder.

Found something strange happening with the myaffiliates dashboard.

This does NOT appear to be a bug with myaffiliates, but I mention it here in case other affiliates see this issue.

In my firefox I use a plugin called clearurl. (google's fault I use this) If it happens to be enabled and I log in to any myaffiliate program backend the issue is as follows:
I can visit any section in the backend such as home, reports, links, etc etc

However, once I visit >reports, I notice the tiny loading bar near top, just under the top never stops, I can not visit other sections in navigation.

If I remove the variables after /dashboard/reports?count=tr and changes to /dashboard/ it does allow me to go back to the dashboard or home links etc.

My theory is this might also happen when using any url cleaning type plugin.

As said above, this is not the fault of myaffiliates, if I disable the cleanurl plugin, the issue does not exist. I have tested this with 4 or 5 different programs so it is most certainly caused by the plugin.

If anyone sees this kind of issue, take a look at your plugins as the likely cause is there.

I wonder if there is an additional filter I can add to the plugin to stop this, I have not researched if I can just skip some hostnames but not sure.

I do not think I ever saw this issue previously and only started the last few days since the recent myaffiliate update and changes.
