Yes that would work fine.
Like a last chosen status kind of thing. Or being able to manipulate that in a profile setting preference the affiliate has control over setting.

Thank you for the idea, however, at the moment, since the dropdown for changing the time period is on the page, and the time period change is just 2 clicks away, no development will be done regarding this. We are currently focused on other projects that are priority.

My question.


Is the operator able to detag or remove an active player from the account, while still showing it as a client (with the same ID) in the system?


Say, a client keeps making deposits, playing, losing and winning, but his activity shows as Nil or Zero for the affiliate who brought him to the betting site?


I'm not even sure you can answer this question in the Yes, if it were true.

The re-tagging option is available for all systems. It is up to each operator whether they want to use it or not.


There are two scenarios what happens if an active player is moved to another affiliate, or his tagging is completely removed so he doesn't belong to any affiliate anymore:
1. If a player is moved away from your affiliate from the 1st day of the month, the player will not appear in your reports anymore.
2. If a player is moved from any other day during the month, e.g. on the 12th day of the month, his activity will show in your reports for the period from the 1st till the 11th, and from the 12th onwards his activity will be 0. From the next month, you will not see the player in the reports anymore.

Can you provide details as to why after a number of years of defaulting to monthly at most if not all programs, it was suddenly changed to daily?

I ’ve had experience using Cloudflare with affiliate tracking, and enabling ‘Cache Everything’ can sometimes interfere with tracking, especially for dynamic content. In my case, I configured Cloudflare to bypass the cache for specific URLs eg: /goto/ related to tracking scripts and cookie generation. One option is to use page rules in Cloudflare to exclude your affiliate links or tracking URLs from caching, which ensures they’re always served fresh. It might also help to check with My Affiliates support to see if they recommend specific settings for Cloudflare compatibility. Hope this helps!
