    New mybet is coming!


    We’re pleased to announce that the new mybet went live on Wednesday, August 10th in English and German language (other languages will follow).

    All marketing tools including banners, and landing pages will be updated in the next days.
    NOTE: Due to internal restructuring, the payout date for July commissions is rescheduled to 10th September.

    The offer applies to selected mybet affiliates, those who:

    - have been running their affiliate-website for one year at least (click to check);

    All well and good but you have forgotten to mention that since last wednesday after switching to new platform almost nothing works, neither deposits nor withdraws.

    If one like to use a new platform, then one should be sure that 99% are working correct. Payment options are one of the important things that must work. You haven't checked before changing?

    I haven't referring about support what is not the problem, they are all friendly (tried several times but they can do nothing because there are technical and financial problems. Say again, you can't make any deposit or withdraw.

    Of course there can be xx % functionally problems on migration but we are talking here about payments where are not working and that is an important thing, so you can't tell me that it was tested over months.

    Sounds pity! Mybet had all for a great success at the german market ... but someone squeeze it against a wall years ago!
    Thought it will be better after relaunch ... ?!

    Just to say: We promote mybet.com and have absolutely no problems with but in this case it must be allowed to critizise that they are not able to solve the problems in a short time.

    Before Migration it has worked all perfect.

    Just checked again withdraw and it's showing: One moment please, we check your registration status

    Result:

    If one like to deposit it's showing: Your profile is restricted. You can not make payments.

    Something different every day and it nervs!

    At the moment we only have the new version in German and English and not open to all customers.
    It might be our country restriction causing the problem.

    Hi,

    it's not a country restriction problem for me.

    Today i had again a phone call with support team and hope that problems will solve.

    But it requires also my help to locate the problem, what i already done.

    Withdrawal will be made manually now and we will see what happen next month.

    What i like to confirm is that support team is absolutely friendly and helpful.
