I can appreciate certainly your skepticism if you felt our opinion was only based on myBet Partner's representation that is the case. Rest assured, we've been around the block a few more times than that. But also, having been around the block a few times, we also know we're only human and that we make mistakes sometimes.
Yes, gathering additional evidence from the community is always something we consider to be very important and valuable when working to resolve issues. Either to discover if the issue is larger than we think, or to provide further indication the scope of the issue is what we feel is the case through the lack of evidence of additional issues. Plus we believe when there has been an issue that it is important to make sure special attention is paid to that area in the future.

I would like to confirm for those watching this thread that myBet Partners has now received authorization from ccommend to provide us with information we may request as we investigate the situation further, and that we have begun the process of requesting the information we need from myBet Partners.

I am very pleased to report a positive and amicable resolution to the issue raised in this thread.
After receiving historical information from myBet Partners I confirmed the information I had been given was consistent with the information ccommend had previously received. Then, knowing we were all on the same page with respect to past revenues, ccommend let me know what settlement amount she would freely accept as being one she could publicly state to other affiliates was very fair.
I then went back to myBet Partners and explained what ccommend felt was fair, and that I thought the best outcome would be if they went the extra mile and accepted what she proposed without debating the amount further. I'm very pleased to say that is exactly what they decided to do. That doesn't happen every day, but I was very pleased to see it happen earlier today.
What has been agreed is a victory for everyone. It is a victory for ccommend in terms of her being treated fairly, it is a victory for myBet Partners in demonstrating their commitment to treating affiliates fairly, and it is a victory for the GPWA and all of our members in showing that as a community we can help bring about good outcomes.

Dear Michael and all GPWA,
I’m pleased that myBet has indicated to the GPWA their intent to settle this in a manor that I agree is fair. I will let everyone know when I receive the promised payment.
I would like to Thank Michael for the continued help and for going above and beyond to solve this situation.

Good job Michael and CO ! This shows there is hope and that GPWA has SOME influence. I would say this is a double, but not triple victory.
Agree with all of your comment except this: "it is a victory for myBet Partners in demonstrating their commitment to treating affiliates fairly"
MyBet Partners WAS CAUGHT RED HANDED with bullsh!t excuses and PLAIN LIES! With black on white papers they needed 5 months to pay.
ccommend, by the way what was the amount you have/are promised to receive ? (more than 5.000 Euros? *it took you 5 months of stress)<textarea style="display:none;" id="adlesse_unifier_magic_element_id"></textarea>

Dear All,
Mybet have duly paid what they promised and I believe they have been very fair in this whole situation.
I would like to thank Michael and Anthony for what they have done. And also Universal4 who helped a lot in this situation also.
I honestly (and from my previous posts) did not believe GPWA could do anything however they have clearly shown that they do put affiliate's interests first and do everything they can to reach an amicable resolution before deciding to put the Casino under fire.
I would like to reiterate ALL comments I said against GPWA, and I urge anyone with any problems, and even good comments, to bring them to light here as this is truly a community that helps and get things done.
