In need of a favor with Yahoo Search

Ok, here's another newbie asking for a little bit of help.

For about a week or so my site has been sitting at number 1 with my keywords using Yahoo Search. Which had me so excited that my hard work with my SEO paid off, at least at Yahoo. Or so I thought..............

I was so excited about what I saw that I started bragging to my mentor. I told him to go to Yahoo (US) and type in free slot tournaments and tell me what he saw.

He did not see free-slot-tournaments.com at 1, 2, 3 or even 4!

There was mention of "preferences" that I had set in Yahoo and that's why I was seeing what I was seeing ???? (could use some help here if there is something I have set and need to change) I am searching from Arizona, USA.

I still see my site sitting at number 1 this morning. Can I ask you to search for my site at Yahoo using the keywords free slot tournaments and tell me where you see me sitting?

I know it may bounce around from day to day but it has not changed for me in the last week.

Thank you so much!

Searching from the UK on yahoo.com shows it at #7

#1 on US Yahoo.com Congrats

Thank you very much Simmo! and Chips.

#7 is OK in the UK but #1 is GREAT in the US! :joy:

Since writing that, it's moved to #1 on yahoo.com from here too

I see it too. WTG!

I think that happens depending on the location. Sometimes I can't see me on searches but others can.

Simmo!, thank you for checking again for me and to you mojo. All the replies have made my day!

I think I can rest assured knowing I am there with Yahoo! Now, if only Google will put me at #1 I'll be a very happy camper! I have been bouncing around at 3-5 lately.

Not bad for a new girl, huh?!? :curtsey:

Your #1 in Yahoo up here in the US North East. Excellent!

Thank you slotplayer!!

#1 inYahoo.com searched from Costa Rica!
Way to go!

#6 on Google, searched from Cost Rica. That's great..

#1 for me in the Southeastern US.

I hope that keyword brings good traffic.

Page 2, second entry (ie no12) on uk.Yahoo.com (i'm in the UK.)

#1 at Yahoo and #6 on Google from Asia.

Thank you all for checking it out for me! It did take some SEO work but I am glad it paid off. Well, to get me to that spot anyway. Now all I need are more players!
