    Well, I don't even know which payment method was used for the respective deposit. I asked Condor, but of course, being who they are, they wouldn't really think, it might be appropriate to answer this small question in case you hold back 4,500 Euro from a business partner. They just couldn't do that, no chance, it would have changed the company's policy of: Never answer to questions, no information to affiliates.
    As far as I know, Visa and MasterCard have only 120 days maximum charge-back. So, if it's one of them, the case could've been closed much earlier, anyway ...

    Without scrolling back - how about the gpwa, wouldnt they get back to you since they are sort of a "mediator" here?

    I guess, Condor didn't tell them either about the deposit method used. Condor just said, it has to be Oct 4th, without explaining or giving details.

    I have today sent a message to Condor Affiliates letting them know that the close of business on October 4th in Europe has now passed, and informing them that I plan is to initiate distribution of the funds the GPWA holds in escrow tomorrow. I will report here once the transfer has been initiated. I would have posted a day or two earlier, except that I'm traveling now, and am in Las Vegas, and especially with the shooting here earlier this week, my trip has not been as planned.

    Excuse me, Michael, why do we need confirmation from Condor to start the transaction?
    I think, this wasn't our agreement. The entire idea was that Condor had to report a charge-back until Oct 4th. Obviously, they didn't.
    Asking them another time now, delays the whole process. Especially since Condor is extremely slow and unprofessional with everything. Look how long the escrow transaction took them back then ...

    I don't think he said that, he said he emailed them telling them he is transferring the funds tomorrow, not that he's asking if its ok to?

    I have completed the payment to Dirk this morning and have sent him a pdf of our bank's payment confirmation so he has the payment details. As I explained in my email to Dirk, even though it is still morning here in Las Vegas, it is past the bank cutoff time in London to inject payments into the SEPA credit transfer system today, so the payment through that system will be made tomorrow (Friday). Such payments take one business day to be received by the recipient bank, and so Dirk's bank will receive the payment this coming Monday.

    Also, to answer the question above, only information from Condor regarding a chargeback would have interfered with payment in accordance with our escrow agreement with them. However, Condor has positively confirmed to me that there has been no chargeback.
