    The payment has arrived. Thanks a lot to the GPWA community and team!

    Without the publicity created, Condor would've succeeded with their scam, at least for the very long time the legal dispute would've taken. I'm still certain, they planned on stealing my earnings, it's literally every fact indicating this. Most of all, please everybody remember the following question which I raised here in July:

    Of course, this has stayed unanswered from Condor Affiliates, like every other question from my side. The affiliate website is still a mystery, there's the payment page "Your Invoices" (condor-affiliates.com/affiliate/b-bets/myinvoices) which misses all my earnings after December, just not stated. So, evidently, someone planned on actively disabling payments in their system. The software cannot lie in this regard.

    Let's hope we all can find out about rogue operators earlier in future, in order to avoid endless hours and hours just wasted ...
    And spread the word as much as possible, so others won't follow the same path. If there's anyone still doing business with Condor now, it's pretty much their own fault.

    Thanks everybody! Another remarkable thing to say: Until today, I've received no apology whatsoever from Condor. Not for the mere fact that my earnings were kept hostage for such a long time, not the tremendous amount of my working time they wasted the recent months, not for the unfounded accusations, not for extremely arrogant and one-sided communication with refusing to answer every single question I had, not for ordering me to travel to Amsterdam for no reason like I was their butler or anything else, nothing.

    This again tells a lot about the business ethics of the Condor Affiliates company and clearly supports my theory that we're dealing with a failed theft attempt here. A trustworthy company would definitely act different, during the process itself as well afterwards when the issue itself got resolved ...

    Well, a minor update, guys, not so important, though.
    On October, 11th, I received an email from Condor, I just didn't quite get the intention behind. Of course, there's absolutely no chance that I would want to advertise or could recommend their brands to anyone in future. This must even be obvious to them, so that cannot be the reason for the email.

    On the other hand, the email also didn't contain any apology whatsoever, nor explanation for the entire case I had to go through or their disgraceful behavior. Instead, they just went like "I believe that our relationship has started on the wrong foot" - which is definitely the understatement of the decade for me, given all the wrong accusations against me and their breaking their own terms and conditions while wasting a tremendous amount of our working time for nothing.

    Anyway, I replied to this email on Oct 12th, asking them if they could provide any kind of explanation whatsoever for their rigorous no-information-policy during the entire process. Or what was it behind that useless Amsterdam trip or if they are willing to pay any kind of compensation or interest.
    So, what do you think, any reply since then to my email? Of course not, Condor still practices the strategy they're best at: no answers to any questions, no taking responsibility for anything.

    It's a shame, I have to say, that such a company is able to present themselves at the Berlin Affiliate Conference as if they were a trustworthy or even normal operator like others ...

    What do you expect? The Godfather of failing IGB Affiliate and their puppets have no problem with taking money from crooks, criminals, idiots and whatsoever. 888 and Buffalo Partners paid a lot for the booths, and the fact, that idiot program Captain Condor is also at BAC, is only one more example for the hypocrisy of that pseudo-judges, pseudo-awards and pseudo-serious conference promoter.

    They take money from everyone, also the last few Dollars from bankrupt Condor.

    Congratulations, glad to see you got your money. I think this case could have been simpler with a better communication on Condor side (ie. being frank with you telling that you have to wait until the charge back time elapses, effectively giving you the 4th October 2017 deadline).

    Would have saved all your hassles (because obviously you would have had no choice but to wait instead of spending with some offshore lawyer who would have dragged the case in Curacao for years probably) and didn't dragged down their image so much as I see it happened.

    Condor should have been more transparent. Maybe Condor has learned something. Probably some apology to you from them would be in place.
