In general, I'm only left with two options at the moment since Condor keeps on refusing to communicate, the most obvious questions just don't get answered. One chasing Condor down legally which would take a while and can still be done after Oct 4th or when they fake a charge-back etc.

The other option is accepting the escrow and wait two months what's going to happen. Emotionally speaking, I would be inclined to follow the first option, in order to put some revenge on the fact I've been getting nothing more than humiliated and treated like a criminal for the recent 9 weeks by Condor.
Which I am not, to emphasize this again. I don't know the player, nor am I the player, I'm not in any way involved in the deposit other than having advertised b-bets through my websites and mailers. I didn't realize, I would ever need to go through such a nightmare here, just unbelievable.

So, putting feelings aside for now, it's certainly the best way to go with the escrow offer by Michael and the GPWA. It was very generous of them intervening in this case, I have to appreciate this a lot. Also the entire community, of course, without you and the publicity created, there wouldn't have been any progress at all - no one can really stop Condor for breaking their own terms and acting this way.

I think the affiliate program agreement is with the Curacao NV? In that case, you should start there or it should be possible to chase the holding company or whatever it is./

It's even more complicated, the address they gave me for the invoice is:
Condor Gaming SRL, Casa de Matute, 50 MTS Este, San Jose, Costa Rica

So, they seem to have at least 3 offices? But in case they are conducting the affiliate business from Malta, is shouldn't be a problem to sue them there?

Let's wait for the confirmation that the GPWA has received the escrow money from Condor ...

You must be able to intervene on Malta.
Wait to see for the money, if it does not unlock,

This is obviously nothing more than a maildrop.

Casa Matute is an antic bar and restaurant in San Jose ( http://antik.cr/ ), and from my knowledge "50 MTS Este" means, that 50 meters eastwards from that bar and two streets away from the justice district a shady lawyer has hired a small mailbox in a hovel, where letters can be received but no letter ever will be answered.

    ---

If Henrik is still with Condor, then you can find here his details:

    ===> https://www.vutuv.de/users/henrik.piski

In the middle of that page you'll find his cell phone number (phone is ringing, but no one picked up some minutes ago), but more important, at the bottom his address in Malta.

If he is still with Condor, write him and tell him, that the Condor fan group is growing so fast.

Both the Curacao and the Costa Rican company are just PO-box companies. Nothing more, nothing less. If you're able to prove that Condor Gaming is managed in Malta and de facto the affiliate program is a Maltese company, you should be able to claim in Malta. But it makes the case more complex.

I think for € 4k it's a relatively expensive and complex case. Condor knows that of course.

Some programs think affiliates are morons and treat them as such. These programs think they are smarter.

But, what always happens is they Out Smart Themselves (because they really are not that smart).

If Condor were smart operator's, they'd pay Dirk his E4.5K, instead of playing these silly games.

I thought I should provide a quick status update.

Earlier today Dirk emailed Condor (copying me) to let them know he would like to move forward with the proposed escrow arrangement.

I have confirmed receipt of the email from Dirk, and am now in the process of exchanging the required information with Condor and Dirk (confirming agreement on the amount, confirming agreement on the bank account for ultimate delivery of the funds to Dirk, and payment information with Condor regarding the transaction between condor and the GPWA).

"WHAT! lol this is STILL going on?"

Yes, still the same knockabout comedy.

Most of the audience has left the theatre in this thread, but because of the large pool of fool costumes a few incorrigible fans with a sense of weird humor still remain in their seats.

On AskGamblers with the same case only chirping of crickets:

    ===> https://www.askgamblers.com/casino-a...liates-review/

Under "Cons" there is a typing error:

"Payments may take up to 25 days to receive"

    Correct are "250 days".

    Hello dirk20,

I hope you get paid very soon. I'm very sorry to hear that this is still going on. I'm sure that you'll get paid very soon with the help of the good people of the GPWA.

Indeed, it's not even close to being finished. Not to mention again, that I've done nothing wrong - but we established beforehand that this doesn't count for Condor.

Nine days ago, I wrote to Condor: "Please confirm to me that you have sent the open payment to the GPWA." No answer yet.
I cannot tell what they are doing, maybe they are actually trying to find an excuse not to proceed with an escrow ...

Maybe the party who has agreed to provide the Escrow service could provide some insight?

From my perspective, the timeline, from the time Dirk requested that we move forward looks like this:

Last Monday, 14 August, Dirk sent an email to Condor, copying Anthony and I, stating that he wished to move forward with the proposed escrow arrangement.

Last Tuesday, 15 August, I received an acknowledgement from Condor that they received the request and would sort out the details with me.

Last Thursday, 17 August, I received a follow-up email from Condor indicating that with holidays and traveling the senior management team that needed to be involved in this transfer would follow-up in the first half of the next week (this week) regarding the details of the escrow transfer.

Last Friday, 18 August, I received the banking details from Condor regarding the account into which Dirk should be paid. I had previously requested this information, stating that as part of the process of the GPWA acting as an escrow agent, I would want to confirm that all parties agreed regarding the bank account into which the payment should finally be made when the funds are released from escrow.

Last Friday, 18 August, I received confirmation from Dirk that the bank details were correct.

Today, Wednesday, 23 August, I provided Condor with details from Dirk regarding the amount he viewed is due him (based on a separate series of email communications between Dirk and myself), and confirmed that Dirk agreed the payment information Condor provided to me was correct.

My current expectations are that the amount to be paid will be finalized shortly and that the payment process will be initiated this week.

That means, Dirk will receive his money latest Wednesday next week, right?

    Bedtime reading

Condor Affiliates are owned by dishonest people.
One would say, by liars, who are accusing players committing crimes and similar things to have a reason to refuse payouts.

The biggest story is insulting a winning player being a "Gang member" without a shred of evidence ( https://www.askgamblers.com/casino-c...account-frozen ).

There are several similar cases. In one case the Condor liars accused a player, that he quasi committed money laundering. AskGamblers pulled the emergency brake and stopped this insane foul play of Condor with marking also this case aside other cases "unresolved".

Official reason from AskGamblers for closing that incident: "We didn't get evidence from the casino to confirm their statement."

    Source: https://www.askgamblers.com/casino-c...-pay-no-reason

With other words: Condor Affiliates are proven a bunch of liars ... serial liars.

I wish you a wonderful evening and a restful night.

No, the payment will be to the GPWA as escrow agent, and not directly to Dirk. Under the terms of the escrow arrangement payment will not be made to Dirk until after the chargeback risk period, identified as ending on October 4th, has passed.

"payment will not be made to Dirk until [...] October 4th, has passed."

I knew that from the beginning, but now it's good that it's written black on white, for the part of the audience, that found hope due to some posts, the hope, that this farce will find a faster end.

Unfortunately, you can only hope, that there is a charge back in the next 43 days, because if not, then this is a huge public relations disaster.

For Condor it is a Pyrrhic Victory. From now on they will be treated like a leprosy patient 2,000 years ago.

They stopped all public communication channels here in the forum, put you on the stage with all consequences, so that you will be blamed for everything, and until today there is not a shred of evidence published here.

At this stage for the critical part of the audience everything is hearsay, rumors and unproven accusations, the typical Condor pattern, a pattern, that is proven by the AskGamblers cases.

Condor has nothing to fear. They are already finished. We say here in Germany: "You live freely if you haven't a reputation to lose."

This people played a bad game with you, where you are in the direct spotlight of the audience, and they are not. You have to get out of the way of the tomatoes, that are flying on the stage. They are sitting comfortable behind their monitors and can relax.

Honestly, I don't know, from what they can relax, because they are finished, but they are simply idiots, so there is always a reason to relax and if it is from their own perception disorder.

    43 days to go.
    A thrilling countdown.
