Default NETeller money gone for good?

In an interesting analysis piece, Hartley Henderson suggests that most Americans will never be able to access the money they have stuck in NETeller accounts.

Don't forget, gambling is not a crime per the wire act, taking bets is.
that makes me as an aff feel much better. I never took a bet. I never aided anyone in placing a bet. I merely provided information about which casinos I thought were best.
Almost Here! How would you like to be able to get not just one sign up from your player, or even a couple, but every single casino they join from here on? I've a plan that can make that happen and it will likely also tell you every time the player is active within the casino.

Exactly the way I see it so does my lawyers, server providers (located in the U.S), domain host and just a little common sense. I provide information and do not take bets. Sounds pretty logical?

My server provider asked me "do you take bets?" I said no. The response so "what are you so worried about". My lawyer just basically laughed and made me feel I waisting his time. So lets wait and see what kind of legal stance Neteller or the U.S Government has withholding funds. I sure hope they pay interest!
