I just want to warn everyone to deal with Caliente aka nethive.
I made a deal with them at the LAC this year to list their brand first position for 3 months for a small amount of 500€ each
As everyone know Covid came and halted all sport, so i did not ask for any payment despite they was listed for February and March ..
Let me guide you through the time line to see how insane it is to deal with them
First I send a lot of emails to Maria Gonzalez with no reply. Till i cc'ed Gavriel Sibony the Head of Marketing from Nethive in the email.
27.05. she replied and said she hasn't seen any email.
I asked for the payment to be done and she asked me to send her an invoice for €1000
I send her all over at the next day
08.06. i asked her again and she replied to me19.06. i asked againwe have a whole process for payments. Its not that simple.
Ill let you know when you get paid,
21.06. she replied and asked me to sign another document and also my passeport ???
26.06. they decided to finally accept my documents
08.07. i asked Gavriel Sibony directly and he assured me that i will get paid in the next payment batch
21.07. they asked me to sign another IO
24.07. i asked for an update and i got the response from a person called Diana Ramas04.08. I replied to herOur payment team confirmed it was sent for payment execution.
As for the date, we can’t exactly tell a date as the bank will be the one to execute it.Now she said to me she asked them when payments are done .. and since a week she hasn't replied to meIts 4th august and still no payment, I don’t even know why you let your Bank decide when you want to make your payments ?
That’s a bit crazy set up for a company like yours.
So would you be so kind and let me know when payment are being done ? Clearly its not the first payment which has been done to an affiliate ever .. so there must be known dates.
It's clearly they do not know anything or this are the worst Managers on this Planet.
Which AM does not know when payments are done for affiliates ? Everyone knows that, that's part of their freaking job.
Since today i still wait for an update and it's not about the amount or the money, is the lack of their internal workforce who makes such a small amount go a painful long road.
