Netrefer - Account Locked Process

Does anyone have problems with Netrefer and locked accounts? This usually happens with too many unsuccessful attempts to log into an account, understood. With a team and systems accessing these sites this could indeed be an issue however having a locked account and then have to contact the account manager can take time.

A better approach would be account locked due to too many attempts and ask for a password reset.

Frustrating when you are trying to log into an account to do work then having to wait.

I agree, it's frustrating. I think it's ok to protect accounts, but 2-factor-authentification would do the trick. Not waiting a week until the affiliate manager unlocks your account.

I agree .... and by the time they get unlocked I forget why I needed to log into the account. LOL

You can have sub users on netrefer, so maybe just set up user accounts for your team. That way if they lock themselves out it won't affect your main log in.
