yes they need to make a manual request for the first time and i was not abile to get in touch with them but now every thing is resolved and i got my huge payout

Star is totally correct here, appreciate this is far from ideal from an affiliates perspective and we are looking at ways to ensure affiliates receive their first payment without delay.
