It looks similar but is not a clone, the actual layout of many sites are similar in many ways.. naviagation at the top.. side bar.. and colours.. everything else is different

Yes i work very closely with the affiliate and he has been working for a few months on the new site design.. its very different for AG and have faith in the affiliate that he in no way cloned anything its all down to his own hard work

It's probably just the same theme.
He may have as well got the inspiration from AG.
However, while browsing, I found that it's actually not the same so I would doubt if its a clone
