Well the fact that they do CityClub makes me think it is GamingPromo reloaded.
For those that do not know, GamingPromo was the very FIRST casino affiliate program to introduce player quotas many years ago.
I took a quick scan of their terms and did not see any quotas, but Gaming Promo didn't have one when I signed up there either and they added it later.
If the same people are behind this, it wouldn't surprise me if they added it later after they sign up enough affiliates.
Also, I see the GPWA seal, are they approved?
