new to forum and i have a question about negative deposits

Hi i am new to this forum i am a affiliate at a poker room which i will not mention.I have had rare chargebacks on occasion but it would only show a negative deposit like a -100$ ,but i noticed yesterday i had a few postive deposits followed by a negative deposit example a player deposits 100$ then right after that deposit is a -100$ ,i am confused and concerned and i cant contact any managers for a few hours ,so if any1 could explain what might be happening are these negative deposit chargebacks or deposits that did not go threw,any help would be appreciated and ty

I would try not to panic and take some screenshots. It really is best to get an answer from your affiliate manager first and give them more than a few hours to respond

Could be a bonus although most poker rooms do not show a bonus in that manner.

Like FLC said, you should not panic and ask the affiliate manager.

Either a chargeback or perhaps a bonus, but as Rick says, usually if it's a bonus this is made clear. What program is it you're viewing? Or rather, what software? Net refer? Income access?
