New Forum for Videos and other Forum Changes

Based on feedback from members here we've created a new forum dedicated to fun diversions like videos from the Captain, music, jokes, and other similar topics.

I think many of us, including myself, appreciate some lighter posts (well, some of them can be quite serious), and having a special place for them will allow members to spend time on those posts when they are in the mood, or skip past them when they're not.

We've also reorganized and restructured the order of forums within the public section of the GPWA website. There is a stronger focus on announcements, industry news, and polls, in the first few forum sections, and subsequent forum sections are organized in a fashion we think is logical and that places some of the less commonly used public forums further down in the list.

We've also merged the forum created to cover Neteller and other payment processing issues in the wake of UIGEA into the chatter box thread now that payment processor issues have calmed down since the chatter box is historically the place such discussions have taken place.

Changes always have their good and their bad aspects. Hopefully the forum changes we made will be for the better overall. Let us know what you think.
