Lightbulb New iGaming Legal Document and Legislation Library

I'm very pleased to announce that we have created a library of legal documents and legislation that we think are of interest to gambling affiliates.

There are literally hundreds of documents we think are interesting to iGaming affiliates, so we have started with a core of current legal and legislative documents covering a couple dozen of topics like the Kentucky domain seizures, iMEGA opposition to the UIGEA, Betcha.com, and NETeller to name just a few.

The new legal library is housed on the APCW website. Since the APCW has been very active over the last several years reporting on legal matters of interest to affiliates, we felt the ACPW website was the ideal home for this information.

Let us know what you think, and please make suggestions for additional documents you would like to see included in the library. The documents currently in the library are only a beginning, and we expect the library to grow rapidly in size over the coming months.

    Visit the library here: www.apcw.org/legal-documents.aspx.

For UK based affiliates the UK's Gambling Commission has its publication library here:

    http://www.gamblingcommission.gov.uk...blications.asp

The most relevant section for affiliates would be (probably) the gambling advertising page:

    http://www.gamblingcommission.gov.uk...?ContentId=227

Although it is a bit out of date.

Not sure if this is useful as it is UK specific! It is also annoying that there doesn't seem to be a place where you can find the up to date whitelist of jurisdictions that you are allowed to promote in the UK. I couldn't find it anyway!

This is really great! I suggest that a section is also created on this page containing links to other sources of legal information, e.g. a link to the EGBA page (http://www.egba.eu/en/). There you will plenty of information on legal issues in the European countries.
