    Sam,

Here when we say Playtech, or casino we actually spell it out without the cryptics....

Since this is a mailer he has been mass-sending, he wants it to get through the spam filters (Hence the *** everywhere)

Unfortunately if he wants it NOT to look like spam - he needs to remove that **** before posting it on every forum known to man (as well as PM'ing forum members everywhere)

Bad Practice and I think Sam knows better.

    Default Thanks Rick, and explanation

    Rick and all hi,
I'm not a technical guy so I checked, and learned the reason for the * marks. The reason is in line with KWBlue's thinking, but without the malice (KWBlue- have I wronged you anywhere or time????).
We have over a thousand affiliates that we distribute mail to on a regular basis (this our proprietary opt in affiliate and gambling sites 'contact us' email list. It is sent be a legitamate mail server, has an unsubscribe link and removes from our list anyone who does not desire).
The 'cryptics' do allow this mail, which has a legitamate casino offer, to go through filters that filter out the word casino. There is nothing spammy about it, and many mail public and private services offer this.

I learned this last night after asking. The reason I made that mistake is that I copied and pasted the content of the email we sent, with those marks (which are not visible in the email format - but are visible here and in other softwares). So I made a mistake (and got a mouthfull from my boss about not re-reading my post for typos and errors, in which case I would have found this and corrected before you'd notice).
So apologies again for being very 'green and not tech savvy'. I am still learning. But thats that, and there is no need to apologize for the email. If anyone in our list wants to be removed- he/ she can unsubscribe and they'll be removed automatically.

As for the deal itself - it is an awesome deal and I think you should take part. 60% of net gaming is an excellent offer, so I invite you again to send me an email and join our affiliate program. We have to approve new affiliates manually so that we can confirm they do not send spam traffic, since in the time of the previous owners a lot of spam was directed at 21Magic. This is so not the case any more. Today, there are no spammers allowed in, and if we catch an affiliate spamming we kick them out and they do not get their commissions.
So send me an email and I'll get you an account asap, so that you can get 60% also for the remaining days of August.

    Default One last point

Now that I've re-read my post and KWblue's post, I just need to add that no one in this (or any other forum) was PM'ed, since they are not on our affiliated database. They might have received an external email but no PM. If anyone would like more details about our plan, please PM me or post here.
    Thanks
    Sam

Maybe I have to re-read, but I thought some CasinoMeister members were PM'd this exact message.

I have nothing against you Sam. You have definitely contacted me multiple times with this offer. But, I have no problem with that since I own multiple sites

When I see *, @, -, and crap like that in an email, post, PM, or otherwise - I (like so many others) just throw it in the crapper.

I know you have to get through spam filters, though, so I don't blame you... It just looks EXTRA bad on a forum because there is no reason for it.

Just a suggestion - Do not use mass mailers in forums. We have all probably gotten that mailer already. You would do better to write something from your perspective instead of using that stuff. It comes across (sorry) as lazy to me.

Again - nothing against you at all, sorry if I came off that way.

    Smile Thank you

    Thank you KWblue,
After re-reading my post (again) I realized it seems a bit over deffensive. I repeat, I hate spam and spamming, I didn't PM anyone with this offer.
I did contact many webmasters on their sites -only once for each site.
I guess that you having multiple sites caused getting multiple Emails from me (it's one of the many hazards in your line of work ), and I'm sorry about that.

My job is letting as many people as possible know about our great offer, you're right, there's no room for laziness in this job. It's a GREAT offer and it deserves hard work .

With great power comes great responsibility !

Please note we do not accept players from the US, Israel or Turkey, and no spam traffic.
I am so tired of this BS. No wonder this industry has been flagged. Polluted by sly scam artists, posers, and hypocrites. So please don’t yell our industry took a bit hit because your part of the problem. Maybe UIGEA was good thing for the American Audience. The years of spam, popups, viruses, malware, and the constant harassing nature of Playtech has managed to infect the very industry it supports.

So I am quite pleased your market has shrunk. The same applies to the rest of the nut jobs, cpays, europartners, IOG or whatever AFFclub, and 888. The same applies to those little pesky immoral webdisasters. The ones who pretend to protect the industry but only pollute it further. Shame on all of you.

Scam artists, posers, and hypocrites! Two years chasing a dream that I now realize my moral conscience cannot support. A deceitful enterprise the cost is simply to high.

Maybe I am just having a bad day but I will tell you just made it worse.

    Thank You
