New players "NPP" or just hits and downloads?

I have a question for those promoting "active" Roxy Palace.
I have been told: " thousands of affiliates promoting us and the ones that are very active all register high NAO and NPP ".
So the question is, is it possible for some of those thousands affiliates to come here and tell do they get real NPP or just hits and downloads?

These "thousands of affiliates" all walked away when they became stamped as Rogue.. That's why nobody answers.
