Wow - great looking site!
The only design comment I have is that the homepage takes up too much vertical space - too much scrolling. You might want to move the Progressive Slots tickers somewhere else.
Great job

Great looking site!![]()
You have a problem with the upper banner,it goes out of the frame and the screen. (i use 600*800 resolution)
Thanks for your advice - great to get some positive feedback, and to know I don't need to completely redesign the site!![]()
With regard to the vertical space, should I reduce the font size of the casino bonus news sections,or move some of the content to a separate page?
Also, can anyone, from experience, let me know which is the most cost and time effective way of promoting the site to gain visitors?
thanks again
Steve
Steve,
I wouldn't change the text size. You will just run into problems (annoyed users) if you use a non-standard size with html text content.
When we design a site,we try to make sure that the entire homepage fits on a 1024x768 display or 800X600 if possible. It is very common to try to fit as much as possible on the homepage, but if you have too much you will probably find you won't get many clicks from the bottom of the page. It is more important to have everything viewable with no scrolling, and good navigation that makes it easy to get anywhere else. It is ok to have scroll bars on sub pages if they have a lot of content. I suggested moving the Slots tickers because there is no content to the left of them balancing them off (at least on my machine).
As for promoting the site, the first place to start is Search Engines. I highly recommend looking at www.searchenginewatch.com before you submit to any engines. Their free content is excellent, and their subscription content is well worth the membership fee (I think it is $59 for a 6 month subscription and $89 for a 1 year subscription.)
