Can't totally disagree with you Leopold. They are certainly not ACTIVE members in terms of posting.
However some webmasters use GPWA as a way to get informed, not only posting. The same way some affiliate program only use GPWA's seal for the credibility and don't take time to join the community.

Not saying it's the best, but they are still "part" of GPWA

You're wrong. It's not bad. It's more than most members are doing.

In Germany we have had many discussions about it. If everybody would act like the "GPWA Affiliates [...] 2014 iGB Awards" winners, then GPWA would be an empty place without any value, without any sponsors, without any sense and information.

Dear reader, you probably have never thought about it.

However many of these affiliates probably have more important things to spend their time on.

However some webmasters use GPWA as a way to get informed, not only posting.

I have no problem with people, who don't post, really not, but please, an own thread with a big ceremony for "GPWA Affiliates Win 2014 iGB Awards" who don't post here at GPWA, that can be really strange for people who are investing a lot of lifetime in posting here.

To adorn oneself with things, that have nothing to do with being an active part of a forum ... to adorn with Zero-poster ... GPWA simply do not require that.

Everybody can post as much as he can or not, but the honor of an own thread in the forum for me is near of the edge of discrediting users who are investing time to post.

Tbh I was not expecting to receive any awards ( yet alone two ) this year , given that we snatched one last yr. So it came as a nice surprise fo sho. Sadly we could not make it to LAC and Awards nite this year but the gals from AskGamblers took them awards on our behalf ( Jelena and Marija thanx again ! ).

Maybe some are not active posters but they are still members of the community as it is a place to read news and get the newsletters. If they ever had problems they know where to share their information.
