No contact from RakebackEngine!

My sites' scripts are provided by Rakeback Engine. I haven't heard from my affiliate manager in months, he doesn't reply to my emails and doesn't response on Skype and neither the person who used to work with them. I haven't got a reply to my contact I made on rakebackengine.com's internal contact form nor on my site's internal contact form. The site rakebackengine.com seems to be inoperative and pretty much dead.

Has anyone else who is using their script faced this same issue? If you haven't had any problems could you assing me your affiliate manager's email via pm?

Thanks,
