Why not just "Ban" them Bonustreak, that seems to be the way some solve those types of issues.

Think you will find that all members of the site have a refferal link. I may be wrong though.

bonustreak, I am a mod for Belgamo. I will point him to this thread. I believe there is a whole lot more to this. I'll let Belgamo explain.

Additionally, there is no employee in trouble.

He has been informed and will be here to address it soon.

First I am going to say its not me nor anyone I employ. It is one of two people seeking revenge for me getting numerous affiliate accounts closed.

I recently had this problem on my forum of TWO people coming in and Pming members with site links and affiliate links.

One goes by the online name Ibonic, he also used bonusmaster and bonusmaster2, his website is xxxhttp://www.pokerpostit.com . if you google Ibonic you will se his main marketing method. He is based out of Poland.

I also had member register as 1free and PM members and the following below and also below is what I sent to affiliate managers to get his/her accounts revoked. about 10 days ago.

So that you can see it is merely one of these two seeking revenge on me.

i have affiliate managers who will back me up on all of this along with here is a thread on my forum that discusses what was happening.

If anyone else's forum members is receiving PM's from someone trying to look as if it is me PLZ , PM here and if possible give me IP addresses as some programs were going to give them second chances. This will surely be the nail in there coffin.

Again i apologize for any problems, but this is NOT me nor anyone I employ, merely a rogue affiliate looking for revenge.

From now on when I hear GPWA affiliates engaging in unethical behavior I will be sure to keep this in mind. Having your identity stolen on the forums must be extremely frustrating. It's easy to provoke a lot of damage on a members reputation by doing this. I can imagine if the intent was so malign, then I can see them using your affiliate codes, and not theirs which would really be convincing.

Sometimes this can be a very stressful business. I've had an affiliate one time lash out at me once at AGD, but nothing like this though.

Good luck to you and I hope this is the extent of the damage.

Well well, did some digging and the person I am having all the problems with is associated with GPWA and has SEALED sites. Searching google for through all his spam post, goes by one name Ibonic and is always posting links to site yourpokercash.com a GPWA approved site.

This guys is now almost nonstop maliciously attacking my forum.

These Approved webmasters should have thier seals YANKED! at the least.

He's running a PAS site - Poker Affiliate Solutions should also be made aware of this situation as I'm sure they do not want their reputation tarnished by this type of behavior.

Just noticed this post by Ibonic at PAL - this is ironic!

Hi Im new to the forum and I happen to notice this old thread, well what happened to this guy is the exact same thing that happened to me, and I believe someone set him up like they did me.

"warning-celebpokermoney-big-bluff" (I couldnt post the link)

Only my theory is this, of course I dont have concrete proof, but heres my theory.
I post in different forums that allow the posting of affiliate links, low and behold a couple of weeks ago this new guy who uses the Nicknames "Mickey417" and "Ramman3" shows up in these forums, he decides hes going to take over these forums by posting up between 20 and 30 different posts at one time, well you can imagine no one is liking this, so instead of laying down and letting him take over the entire forum I would bump my posts back over top of his, he didnt like this.
So in order to get rid of me he went to some other forums (where he himself has been banned from for posting affilate links where it was prohibited and also pming members with his links) posted up my links knowing all along that the administators from these sites would contact my affiliate managers much like they did to his, and I would lose my affiliate accounts just like he did and bingo, some of his competiton would be gone.

Ive done some research on this guy,he was a former affiliate for Celebpokermoney just like me, and administrators from these sites contacted Celebpokermoney about his spamming and he was banned, I have his affiliate link and also his own website link, which I believe I cant post here, also I have done google searches for him and found some sites where hes the topic, and the members are complaining about his Pming etc, so the MO fits.

So my dilemna is this, the Celebpokermoney affiliate Laurence upon receiving spam reports from these forums apparently with my affiliate links, (which he would not tell me the names of these forums, he did however in one his emails to me show me a email that supposedly I had sent, I never sent or wrote this email) he immediately suspended my account and froze my earnings.
Ive sent numerous email to them, the first couple they replied and then just said it was opened and shut case, there was too much evidence against me. I tried to explain to him that this guy was setting me up but he wouldnt hear it, or really bother to listen to me.
The fact of the matter is that I didnt go to these sites and pm anybody and I didnt send them any emails, and the Celebpokermoney people wont give me the time of day, or let me even explain myself to them.
This is the only avenue I have, (which I warned him that I as going to do this) to at least recuperate the $216 that they owe me for my last months work.
And so far there has only been one other complaint to one of my other affiliate managers at this time, and I explained it to him and for the time being all is ok.
Admin Im hoping you can help me out, I can provide you with any of the corespondence Ive had with Celebpoker, or the links to the sites where I seen this guy being chastized for pming etc..

    Sincerely,

    Ibonic
