No follow in wordpress

Using the visual editor with wordpress, I have some problems about the external links :

I am not able to add the nofollow in link.
how can I do ?

I am not able to choose the size of new window ( width and height ) .
how can I do ?

In my blog I think the total text of the article should not be displayed once the blog opens. the first 2-3 paragraphs should open. This way more posts can be displayed on one page and the outlook of the blog will be more attractive. the posts should not come one after the other, there should be some side ways also.

how can I do this ?

I think there is already several plugins for WP about adding automatically the nofollow tag to the external links. Google it and there you go.

edit the contents. then change to HTML format. add on no follow properties.
