The ones I know don't appear to be working - probably sue to the major Google update going on right now.

I use http://www.smartpagerank.com . It seems to be working for me now. I've checked the PR of a few sites, and I haven't seen any changes yet. If there was an update I wasn't affected.
What I have noticed is that I've been getting more traffic than usual from Google the last 5 days.
