    Whether Novomatic is being harmed or not is not the point.

    In their mind, they can claim damage to the brand, due to lack of control of a domain name with their brand name contained. Also as many have stated, the court if it came to that would most likely rule in their favor since they own the brand.

    You could as has been suggested , get another name and move the content to it, and do a redirect. If this is done it might be better to not name it their brand name, and that the meta title and description does not imply their brand name.

    Do not use a website logo that implies the brand name is the site name, otherwise you could continue to have problems.
